I LOVE them! I'm not a fan of going to the Dentist but Dr. Dedecker and the staff there are awesome! She inspires a great deal of confidence and experience, and is calming. I appreciate her fine mix of conservative, yet not overly invasive if unnecessary, and put an emphasis on making the pt feel comfortable. Her dental assistant was also very comforting, professional, and wondering. The hygienist is excellent! I learned more from her than I've ever learned from a hygienist which inspired me to actually make some changes in my own hygiene routines. highly recommend.

I have been going to Aurora for many years and used to love it. They hired new office staff and the customer service has seriously suffered. I would not recommend. Not to mention, every dentist that worked on my teeth here would say that the previous dentist messed my fillings up and that they needed to fix it- yet my insurance would still be charged despite the dentist saying that the last dentist I saw at Aurora made a mistake- Unprofessional.

Dr. Nick and his staff are excellent at what they do. They make you feel as comfortable as they can and Dr Nick gets the work done as quickly as he can. I hate going to the dentist usually and now I’ve found my forever dentist

Dr. Dedeker is a great dentist and the staff at Aurora is very welcoming. The office has a relaxing feel and there's a beautiful garden to check out while getting worked on. The Doc doesn't rush through patients, she makes sure to fully answer all your questions and inform you about what's going to happen along the way. I have had many things done at this office and great experiences each time. One of the best things I ever did was get Invisalign here, it was great option for me and I got to avoid all the metal of braces. I also got whitening trays made by them and they work awesomely! Thanks to Dr. Dedeker I'm constantly complimented on my straight smile and my white teeth!

Had my dog bust my front tooth after hours on Halloween night. Called Aurora, & got Dr Nick's number, who returned my call right away. Determined I could wait till Monday, with him calling to check on my on Sunday, & of course if anything changed, for me to call right away. To say that I have INTENSE fear/apprehension/nerves/panic-anxiety etc al, doesn't begin to describe my previous dental history....I MUST be knocked out, to prevent me from crying, vomiting, & fleeing from the chair. Dr. Nick put me at ease, called in low meds night prior, and my appt yesterday was NOTHING short of miraculous!!!! I have NEVER had a novicane shot that hasn't felt as if my mouth was getting stabbed in a slasher film. I had to ask him if he was actually giving me a shot!!!! First time EVER of NOT feeling them, at all. The entire time he asked how I was doing, actually listened to me/heard me, and just over-all made me feel at ease, which I have NEVER felt, ever. I have FINALLY, after 30+ years of fears & searching, found my dentist!! The office, & staff are so nice, welcoming, and just sets you at ease! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Nick & team!!

He has a great chairside manner and is extreamly knowledgeable in dentistry.
He impressed me so much that I referred my wife to him. My wife has had major angizity about finding the right dentist to get the major dental work that she needs done.
Dr Nick was able to win her confidence, which has completely changed how she feels about reviving dental treatments.
I forgot to mention it to him yesterday, even the pharmisist where I picked up my wife’s pretreatment meds, said he loves Dr Nick and said his family goes to Aurora Dental as well.
