Dentists of Chandler

Recently my crown broke and my regular dentist was not able to get me in same day. I called around and finally found Dentists of Chandler who got me in within an hour. Dr H was great. Wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor. He put me at ease right away. He made me a temporary crown in just over an hour. When I went back for the permanent crown he was very meticulous in getting it in just right. Very thorough and detailed. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have always been very happy with our experience at this office. Dr. Nordquist is a wonderful dentist who is knowledgeable and always makes us feel comfortable. We recommend her to all of our friends because we know they will be happy as well.

I had a crown come pop out and I needed to be seen ASAP. They got me in the next morning and the whole experience here was amazing. The practice was clean and everyone was SO friendly. Christine up front went over all the billing and I was shocked at how reasonable it was for me financially since I don’t have dental insurance. I saw Dr Amy N and her assistance Rayne and they were great. Professional, friendly, gentle, talked me through the whole procedure. One thing I loved is they make the crown right here at the office and I didn’t have to wait with a temp crown for a lab to finish my crown.
I’m addition, I discussed with Dr Amy N. how sore my jaw is all the time from night grinding, which has also caused teeth chipping. She suggested a night guard and was able to fit me for that same day as well. It’s so great to know there is some relief insight for my jaw.

I’ve been going to this office for years and Dr Nordquist is the best - always explains the options, genuinely cares, and is personable and professional. I’ve had a lot of work done including several emergencies and they have always gotten me in as quickly as possible. Anna and Rayna are wonderful as well! I was even selected for “patient appreciation day” and received a free crown. Highly recommend!

First time customer first appointment was at 2:30pm but they got me in sooner. Went in for wisdom teeth removal. Dentist doctor was cool and relaxed and knowledgeable. Explained every down to the teeth and gums. I feel any private dentist you go to your gonna have to spend good money for good work and 5 star service. These staff can’t work for free.

My family and I have been attending Dentist of Chandler for over 3 years now and I cannot stress how incredible this dentist office is! From Christy and the other amazing receptionists who greet you with a smile, to Dr. Nordquist who is an outstanding professional - the entire office goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the care you're receiving! I've been recommending them to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable rate and I simply couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They only allow you to rate 5 stars, but this office and staff truly deserve 10!!

New to the area and they were a new dental office closest to my home. Went in for myself and children, They would not give me a cleaning stating that I needed a $600 deep cleaning scaling first, even though I just had this done 3 years earlier and had regular 6 months follow up cleaning schedules. So this lead me to think they make up procedures to get your money. I ran far away!

Worst services ever.
1. Staff spelled patient's name incorrectly and ignored many times conversation in this regard.
2. Can't locate patient's insurance info. Given the fact that patient uploaded insurance info to their accounts before appointment.
3. Dentist assistant and front desk were not helpful and bad attitude.

They can't take care of your name and insurance info. I doubted how could they take care of your teeth.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for a dental exam about 8 months ago and was told I need an inlay for a large cavity on one of my molars. I scheduled the appointment for the earliest appointment in the morning I could get which was 8am. When i arrived it took the Dentist 45 minutes to come to my chair and numb me. Then he left for over an hour and a half. Finally at around 10:30 he tried to begin but the numbing had worn off so he injected more and left the room again for almost 45 minutes. After that he did the cavity filling without me being completely numb blaming my body for metabolizing it too quickly rather than him just waiting so long to start the filling. Overall I was in the office until 1145 that day for ONE filling. I went back about two months later for a chipped tooth because my bite was not correct after the inlay to find out that dentist quit and a new dentist would be filing my teeth down. Now come to today, I found another chip in my front tooth and went back because my bite still does not feel the same after the inlay and shaving it down, so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived it was ANOTHER dentist. He told me I needed an “enamelplasty” and was trying to charge me $75. I asked the tech why I was being charged this time and she said that the dentist gets to decide to charge or not. I then continued waiting for 30 minutes and decided to just leave at that point. So the point is DON’T go to this dentist. They are very inconsiderate of time. I am a healthcare professional myself and I would never treat a patient in the way they treated me.

It felt odd to visit a retail location for my dental needs, but I'm so happy that I made that first appointment! The entire staff at Dentists of Chandler is friendly and knowledgeable. My first appt/cleaning with them went by quickly and wasn't scary. I later had to schedule wisdom teeth surgery, which was a surprisingly positive experience. Dr. Barlow (oral surgeon), and the operating team addressed all of my anxieties before starting and were there supporting me afterward. I highly recommend visiting them if you're searching for a new dentist.
