It was my first time coming into this office and I have to say I will give them the 5 stars or more but I can't. I'm so impressed on how clean friendly very sweet and respectful the employees are. I cannot express how much appreciated that they make you feel welcome. Thank you so so much for the respect and friendliest I've received I know I'll be back to get my work done here. Like a lot of peoples story I also couldn’t get into my regular dentist office, I had broken my tooth today and it was painful and I needed it to be fixed.From start to finish the customer service was excellent the dentist was excellent Very thorough in explanations the hygienist was excellent also very thorough and explained my treatment plan and the front desk was excellent they also do regular routine dentistry I highly recommend this place!

Update - Dr. To (pronounced "toe") took over this location and he is absolutely amazing! I needed my first root canal yesterday and he made it so easy and pain-free. Highly recommended :)
Not just for emergencies - they are now my regular dentist office!! I went in orginally for a weekend emergency when other dentists are not open but everyone is so awesome and my insurance covers them so I am not going anywhere else! Even without insurance they are right inline with the standard cost and not high-priced for emergencies.
When I came in for the emergency the doctor went right to the issue and did not try to up-sell me on anything else (I hadn't been to the dentist for nearly 17yrs...) - that impressed me. I had called shortly after they opened on a Saturday and they got me in within just 2hrs. Dr. Ellsworth is an expert and gentle, plus he checks frequently to make sure you're not in pain. His assistant Monica is a doll - so sweet and very knowledgeable as well.
I then came back for an exam, then a cleaning with the hygienist, and then to put on the crown and they all recognize me and greet me! They have made it easy to get back on track with my dental health. While I hope to only have to come in twice a year for my covered exam and cleaning because it feels good to have a healthy mouth, I wouldn't hesitate to come in for an emergency. Thank you all for being amazing!! <3

I've been coming to Dr. To for my oral health for about 2+ years now. It's always worth the drive coming from CA! I love that he always walks me through the procedures needed to be done & explains in detail what I need to do to maintain healthy teeth. Dr. To is the first dentist I ever felt comfortable with because of his calm demeanor, honesty, & willingness to answer any questions I may have. Their dentist office is super clean & Dr. To's whole team is AMAZING! Everyone was helpful, kind, fun, & attentive to every detail. I was very happy with my experience at OnCall Dental that I even joined them on their TikTok videos LOL! Thank you so much for taking care of my boyfriend & I. We'll be back forsure :)

I would definitely recommend them 100%, especially if you're a person who's anxious about going to the dentist.
This is one of the best medical experiences I've had, let alone with an urgent care. I went on a Saturday and my regular dentist was unavailable and I was panicked by how much pain I was in from one of my wisdom teeth and was pretty sure it was infected. I was a walk-in, but I only had to wait for maybe 15 minutes when I was fully expecting to be there for a few hours. The staff was so nice and honest and upfront about everything, and they never tried to pressure me into doing anything I didn't want to do. I loved that they showed me the bill and went over exactly what insurance was covering and what I would pay for my various options. I originally thought I wanted to wait to extract the tooth with my regular dentist, and they didn't try to pressure me at all, and just gave me antibiotics and pain killers. However, I drove halfway home, and decided to go back and have the tooth removed. They were very respectful during the surgery and didn't try to rush the numbing - they made sure I couldn't feel anything before starting. They were also very nice and patient when I asked them to stop for a second because the sound of my tooth being pulled out freaked me out.

I spent most of this holiday weekend in excruciating pain and my regular dentist wasn’t answering my calls. There is literally nowhere to go in valley for urgent dental pain, so I’m incredibly grateful I found this place. I was a little hesitant to go somewhere new for a dental procedure, but I was desperate.
I called right when they opened this morning and they got me right in. I drove 30 minutes and would do it again in a heartbeat. Maria at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate her doing her best to contact my insurance to get everything squared away on a holiday. She was up-front about all costs and how payment would go and you can tell she genuinely cares.
Dr. Ellsworth is the dentist I ended up seeing. After an X-ray and some testing on my tooth, I needed a root canal. He was extremely gentle and put my mind at ease by explaining everything before the procedure, and during. Jasmine, the dental technician assisting him, was equally amazing. I almost cried I was so relieved to have the pain taken care of so quickly by people who truly cared and treat their patients so well.
I can’t say enough good things about this place and highly recommend giving them a call if you’re having pain on the weekends/holidays.

AMAZING! Had a crown fall out on a Saturday afternoon. Of course my primary dentist was closed. I am definitely not a fan of going to the dentist so of course I was really nervous. The staff was so amazing. The front desk girl was really helpful and personable, the dental assistant was patient and friendly. The dentist was awesome too! I would recommend a million times over!!
