My fear of dental 🦷 work has always been at an all time high…well, its given me extreme anxiety for almost 50 years…😬. Never, in a million years, did I think I would fall in love with a dental team who continuously treats me with compassion, kindness, professionalism and most importantly LIKE FAMILY!!!
Dr. Hagerman and her team (Nikki and Yen)…are absolutely AMAZING!!! 🙌🏼❤️ This has been a very long and sometimes difficult/scary journey (for me…due to my fears) but there’s no other team that I would trust with my care than the THREE OF THEM.
I told them that I wanted to smile again for my 50th birthday…”July 2023” and they’re about to turn my dream into a reality!!! 🤗 I can’t wait to share my before and after pictures with the world! And, finally be brave enough (and confident enough) to smile again!

Classic dentist office bait and switch. We had two active dental insurance plans going into my wife’s procedures. Before getting started we had them verify all the benefits and provide us a cost out of pocket. After everything was done we had a >$1k bill. They tried to blame it on some procedure that hit the maximum for the plan but the only procedures we scheduled was at the recommendation of their office.
It is unfortunate that dentists office have most all resorted to this type of bait and switch practice, so just beware whatever they “quote” you as they’ll mis calculate and you’ll pay the price.
Below is a letter they sent us where they just tell us it was a “quote” and we should just pay up for the horrific quote mis management
