Family Care Dental - Mesa

I've never had a better experience at any other dentist office than at Dr. Wade's! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I went in today, only days after my wisdom teeth extraction, and my hygienist was very conscientious of my sore mouth. She was very gentle and accommodating, and I really appreciated it. I recommend this practice to everyone I know in the Phoenix area.

The front office was nice. When going back I had specific requests for something not to be used. I even put in my paperwork that respecting my wishes was a big deal to me when asked. We go back and I am “schooled” on why I should be using something. I believe in research and speaking to doctors about health concerns and I listen to them about my choices. This person continued to push the subject and made sure I felt like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ll be going somewhere else for a second opinion.

Such a warm atmosphere here. Everyone is so kind yet professional. They lighten the mood and get the job done. (This is coming from someone who dreads going to the dentist😬). Also, Jessica at the front will become your best friend😄❤️

Everyone there was very nice and explained everything to me step by step before hand. The hygienist was very conscious of my comfort level and the dentist went over my oral radiographs prior to his exam, which I liked. My favorite part was this tiny camera they have that takes magnified photos of my teeth. This way I could see what they see and could better understand why I needed future work to be done to maintain a healthy smile. When I went to check out with the beautiful Tiffany, she gave me a typed break down of what treatments I had discussed with the doctor that am to return for. It had the names and the cost so there are no surprises st my next visit. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning for my fillings😁

I came to this office for the first time about 2 weeks ago. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! I needed fillings and they got me in right away and just finished getting all of my fillings and go back tomorrow for braces! I was nervous for the fillings as I have had a bad experience in the past but Kaitlyn and Dr. Wildung made me feel very comfortable. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. It's so nice to come in and they actually remember me on a first name basis. Gabby is the first person I made an appointment with on the phone and she was super sweet. Then I met Kim when I came in and she was very welcoming and kind. I also met Megan the dental hygienist who did my cleaning. She is very sweet and caring. Dr. Wildung is awesome. He is open to answer any questions you have and also very down to earth and personable. He really spends his time with the patients. Kaitlyn is very caring and genuine. She makes you feel very important. I just met Megan at the front, she is hillarious and it feels like she is a longtime friend. I am excited to go back tomorrow am! Dr. Huntsman is putting my braces on. I had a consult with him and he is very nice and also very personable. I look forward to seeing him and asking him some more questions about my new experience with braces!
Also I do not have dental insurance and use their in-house dental plan which is super helpful. I appreciate how transparent they are with their billing. I can see exactly what I am paying for and there are no surprises.
I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone ! Thanks to all Family Care Dental staff for making this such a great experience for me. You now have a long term patient with me, plus family/friends!

Lets be honest, going to the dentist is never fun. But the folks at Family care make you feel like you are important. They remembered my name, events in my life. More importantly they give you as much information as you need to make an informed decision about your care. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to get work done.

Thorough cleaning and explanation of trouble areas for my kids’ teeth. Didn’t suggest treatment that wasn’t necessary. Very patient w my kids and conscious of making the dentist experience a good one for them. Thank you!! Also, they have a tv for kids while getting cleaning done; my kids always look forward to this aspect of a dentist visit ;)

Despite my anxiety I visited Family Care Dental and was immediately assured that every possible safety measure had been taken. The service given was incredible as usual. Anyone who is hesitant based upon COVID-19 issues can rest assured that your dental concerns will get the important care needed for healthy teeth and gums.

Love FCD! Been coming here I think 5 years now, they are personable and even though I only go 3 times a year they always remember you and it’s nice always seeing the same people in the office. Pricing is reasonable with my insurance.

I've had terrible experiences in the past with other dentist so I was not the easiest person to work on when I found this office. They are so caring, kind and understanding that now I don't mind going in! Thank you for all you do!!
