This was my first visit. From the initial phone call through the visit and follow-up, the staff and Dr Christiansen were incredible. Very friendly!!! I’ve been to other dentists where their front staff treat their clients like Roz of Monsters Inc. First Impression Dentistry - solid place. It’s not close to me, but the drive and experience solidified my decision to make this my return dentist.

First Impression Dentistry is by far THE BEST dentist I have ever been to. The entire staff is extremely nice, caring, personable and friendly. Dr. Justisen and Dr. Christiansen provide excellent care and treatment and are very gentle ensuring your comfort throughout the entire process. To top it off, they are some of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet. I used to have severe anxiety about the dentist, but that no longer exists with this group. I highly recommend this place!!!

I have been a patient of Dr J for almost 15 years and that should tell the story by itself. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Christensen today as well and it is clear to me this will be a fantastic partnership.
This dental practice understands communication from setting appointments to speaking with you before, during and after a dental service (cavity, crown, cleaning, whatever it may be). This includes assuring whatever insurance benefits you may be entitled to are accurately researched and applied. They are technologically on top of everything with their equipment yet still have a great "chair-side manner." :-)
I would recommend either Dr J or Dr C and their staff to anyone in the East Valley who wants consistent personal AND professional dental care.

The times that my insurance has changed and I've had to see other dentists, I have always inevitably ended back up with Dr. Justesen and his team for a trusted second opinion - over time, I decided it was worth it to not even switch, even if my insurance did!
Dr. J and his entire team individualize every single aspect of my dental care. They know me personally, and treat me as a family member. I trust Dr. Justesen and his team implicitly. They are absolute professionals, are fair and cost-conscious - but above and beyond all of that, they are so thoughtful and caring.
I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Justesen and Dr. Christensen to all of my family and friends.

This is the BEST dentists office in town. Every single person in that office is SO friendly and accommodating. The customer service is beyond amazing and Dr. JUSTESEN and Dr. CHRISTIANSEN are top notch experts. I just had a crown done yesterday and Dr. JUSTESEN was so gentle and quick it was really a great experience (as far as dental work is concerned ). I would recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a new Dentist! They truly are the best!

This office is so nice and friendly and professional! I just got a crown and had popped off the temporary (totally my fault) and the doc stayed there after they closed so I could run over after I got off work and then fixed me right up. Dr. Christensen is also SO NICE and happy, I now look forward to going to the dentist to chat with him :)

Dr. Justesen has been my dentist for nearly 25 years! I can't say enough good things about Dr. J and his staff. They are truly amazing.
