Excellent caring staff here. Ashley is a pro at getting your paperwork done and ready and Mindy was terrific when it came to explaining the x-ray process. Dr. Ho is very approachable and they allayed my fears from the moment I walked in. I won't have any trouble coming back to this place. Highly recommend!

Very impressed by this office and staff! Cristella was able to answer both insurance and actual questions about the procedure. Felicia is just great. I had a deep cleaning and she completed it patiently yet efficiently. Dr Ho was personable from the very beginning by greeting and making me feel at ease. Other dentists have not even made themselves known until they come in the room. Highly recommended dentists office. Thank you!

Made my first appointment Thursday and the Dr. did an amazing job in my mouth. Return on Saturday and had more work done, I am impressed with the staff on both visits. I was given detailed information about existing procedures.

Came to this dentist after 3 opinions from other dentist, Mesa Modern made me immediately feel comfortable, the front staff is always quick and friendly, the Doctor is always in a great mood and cares about her patients. I’ve had a ton of work done here and won’t go anywhere else!! Having work on your mouth is not fun so you better really like your dentist!!:)

I was very terrified of the dentist so much in fact that even after having erupted wisdom teeth and fractured molars I dealt with the pain for years. Dr Ho worked on my mother and did an amazing job which in turn prompted me to give it a shot. It was the absolute most professional and comfortable visit of my life dr white was my oral surgeon and the man and his team are phenomenal. Friendly and completely transparent he pulled 6 teeth and I don’t have any pain. Highest praise and thanks to both dr ho and dr white I will definitely be back for future dental work and implants. Thank you so much.

I just think it’s important for everyone to know that you will not be getting a cleaning for $39. They tell you that you will on the phone and also when you get there but then they “prescribe“ a bunch of other stuff so that your cleaning is like $200. I just think it’s important for people to know that before they go in and think they’re getting their teeth clean for $39 because you’re not. I knew that I would need dental work and was prepared to pay in the thousands even if it meant doing it over time. It’s the lying that bothers me. I’ll be getting the work done, just not there. Also they treat you like you’re really stupid, which I most certainly am not, when you don’t want to pay a couple hundred dollars for a cleaning when you were promised one for $39, and they’re fully prepared to be rude and get personal and that’s just unacceptable. I’ll pay someone else.

Everyone from the Front Desk to the Hygienists to the Dental Assistants to the Dentists are professional, caring, and very very good at what they do. I hate to say that I’ve needed quite a bit of dental work done but each appointment was relatively painless which is really saying something when you’re talking about a Dental Practice. Their attention to detail helped put my mind at ease because I knew what to expect every step of the way. They deserve the highest rating.

I had a great first experience with this location. I was in extreme pain and Dr. Mesch took great care of me. She could visibly see that I was in so much pain and handled me with such patience and care. Francisco who was assisting her was also very helpful and patient with me. I entered with pain and left feeling so much better. I highly recommend this location. The check in staff was also super professional and nice. Thank you team for making this painful experience an even better one.

As someone who heavily dislikes dental work, let me say that Dr. Ho and her entire staff here have been wonderful. I was penciled in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday (yes, they're open Saturdays) and was swiftly taken care of. I was made to feel very comfortable, and wasn't scolded about the condition of my chompers. If you're someone who's not all that comfortable with dentists, don't hesitate to come here. I will continue to drive past several other offices to make it here!
