This Dentist office is great! Dr. Lauren Johnson and her staff are awesome. From the ladies that work the front desk, the hygienist, and Dr. Johnson's assistants, I've been treated like gold. They make me feel like family. Dr. Johnson is very fair and works with me so that I can keep up my dental care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Came here a year ago for a annual cleaning. Got x rays done, sat down with dentist to determine treatment and agreed to the type of cleaning. Dentist left the room to set up, 15 minutes later receptionists walks in and says there was confusion they will need to rebook him. They asked me to leave and they would call me to schedule appt. Never received a called, every time I called , dentist was booked. Fast forward a year, dentist had since left, booked with a dentist, appt set / confirmed via call and email. Walk-in on 1/05 for my appt, low and behold they can’t find me. I show the receptionist my confirmed appt and she goes “oh looks like your spot was canceled on 12/31”. I ask by who cause it wasn’t me . She then proceeds “ Well it doesn’t matter anyways the dentist called out sick, we will need to rebook you.
I have a 5 month old and with my husband working I grabbed a baby sitter for while I was gone just to show up and the office not have a care in the world for the inconvenience they caused , or even calling me ahead of time to reschedule. I will NOT return nor recommend this place to anyone.
