Singh Smile Care - Dentist Phoenix

Ive been with this dental office since the 1980's. The staff is very friendly and personable always willing to help and answer all my questions. The doctor are very knowledgeable and ethical. I will continue to be a loyal patient, if you are in need of an exceptional dentist this is the place to go!

One positive is that they were able to see me on the same day, as I had a cavity that I only recently discovered (it didn't hurt yet) and I knew that It was time for another annual cleaning.

However, the technician (a lovely lady who at least held a conversation with me and tried to keep me comfortable) didn't really describe anything about my cavity or how bad it was, and niether did the dentist.

The dentist I saw that day was not very friendly but curt and quiet. Ok, that's fine. HE STILL DIDNT EXPLAIN HOW BAD MY CAVITY WAS TO ME!! Nothing!! Didn't really go over my x-rays with me or the pictures they took of my teeth. Things like that make me trust my dentist more so I know they actually care about my health and not just my money.

he just looked in my mouth and basically said "yep that's a cavity" like, I know that. It's why I'm here???

Was charged $200+ out of pocket to get a filling and this guy literally drilled away 30% of my tooth, mind you from what I could see about my cavity it was a small brown spot in a fissure, didn't hurt to the touch at all (even when I poked it numerous times directly with one of those at home dental kit picks)

Maybe it was worse and I couldn't see it, but for 30% of it to be drilled away i should have felt some kind of pain before treatment AT LEAST. But I sucked it up because teeth are important.

then next the hygienist they brought in. Oh man, same attitude as the dentist. Ok cool, she names out the gum measurements (those hurt too, but mostly ok numbers with a handful of 4s and 5s) and tells me I need a FULL MOUTH DEBRIMENT for moderate plaque buildup??

I literally got a normal cleaning 6 months ago at the other dentist in the Plaza and I came in around the same time (Like you're supposed to) to hopefully get another one. How does that work, if I kept up my routine that ALL OF A SUDDEN, my mouth needs a super deep clean, AND AN EXPENSIVE ONE AT THAT. My gums aren't even swollen, red, or itchy (I would know bc there is one place in my mouth that's like that so I know that debriment is nessesary there) so what gives?

I'm going to get a second opinion tomorrow because I feel cheated and the fact they didn't even really explain any of the diagnostics to me, so they definitely feel less trustworthy, place definitely feels more like a money first attitude than a care and comfort attitude.

Most thorough, efficient, and painless dentist appointment ever! Moved from California and needed a new dentist, Dr. Singh came highly recommended, for a good reason ...amazing team from check in through deep clean...everyone was on point for their respective role through the entire appointment. Provided a clear view of treatment plan, out of pocket costs, and follow up schedule. Dont waste your time looking around for a dentist.

Absolutely an amazing experience every time! They really are great in every aspect and continue to impress me every visit. I get normal cleanings and have had a procedure done. From both of those perspectives the dentists took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Would and have all ready recommended!

SINGH SMILE CARE has been my dentist over six years. The office staff always greet you with smiles,friendship and professionalism, the back office staff will work with you regarding dental fears 😨 and they make sure to accommodate my anxieties and review what they will be doing during the appointment. The dentist are amazing Singh Iniguez, and Henry. I see Dr Iniguez and from the time I sit in his chair to the time I get out..it's all about me and how I am doing, very professional. My family's experience has been very positive and they are very happy with SIngh Smile Care. Give them a call..you will love 💘 them as much as my family and I do. I love this place. From the initial I was calling around to make a dentist appointment and every other office I called they made. Me leave a message to have someone get back to me. Well I yet to receive a call back from the others. However, when I called Singh dental, I was surprised they answered the phone and got me in right away for an appointment . When I went into the the office the lobby section is very clean and professional. The ladies up front all had a positive attitude and they were very nice and professional. Once I got called to go into the back the dental assistant was very friendly and communicative, she answered all my questions. I recently had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and my gosh I feel like I could have not asked for a more caring conferring dentist. Even the after care is amazing . I looking forward to going back in to get my fill ins in This will remain my dentist for as long as possible. I really recommend them

I went in today as a new patient and it was the best dentist experience I have ever had. I suffer from such bad anxiety at the dentist, but today I was put at such ease! From the second I walked in I was greeted with such warm and welcoming smiles from everyone at the front desk. I was brought back with Ashley and she made sure to explain everything we were going to do and what to expect. The xrays and imaging were painless and Ashley did a great job in answering all my questions. Dr. Singh was very personable and had such a gentle touch during the exam. He made sure to go over everything in my images and gave such great advice as to how to go about my treatment plan. I was then brought to Bryana who was also so informative. She explained different future appointment options and even advised me on my financial options. You could tell everyone there was happy to be there and there was just such a good vibe! I have never been so eager, comfortable, and confident in making a return appointment so quickly! Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Singh for the past few years, and he is easily the best dentist I've ever seen. Office staff is friendly, proficient, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is excellent from arrival to payment. Dr. Singh makes visiting the dentist much less painful than I remembered as a child. Very gentle, educates me about my conditions, and great cosmetic treatments too. He has these huge TV monitors in his office where he shows you pictures, you can watch what he's doing, or you can just pass the time with tv. Been very happy with Dr. Singh and his office and would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Martin for about 15 years and he recently joined the Singh Smile Care group. At my first visit I knew what to expect from Dr. Martin but had no idea what to expect from the staff at Singh Smile Care. While I only had direct contact with a few of the staff I must say that each one was extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful; what a great first impression! Jessica assisted Dr. Martin during my procedure and what an outstanding job she did ensuring I remained comfortable and that all went smoothly.
