Doctor and Dental Asst were very nice and professional. Doctor was honest about work they may have to be done but advised to wait 6 weeks to determine final procedure. My wife and I were very satisfied with visit.

***WARNING*** Do not go here! This is the worst dental practice I've ever experienced. They will pressure you into getting work done that you dont need just to make more money off of you. They told me I needed to get all of my wisdom teeth taken out because one was growing in crooked which means they haft to take them all out in pairs. Which didnt make sense to me. They also weren't able to perform a certain procedure on me so they referred me elsewhere to get the work done. I strictly asked for someone in my network and they lied to me referring me out of network which will cost you more money. The dental hygienist talked more about herself instead of focusing on my cleaning and made inacurate assumptions about the health of my gums. She said it's because I'm a "Mouth breather" Last time I checked the only time I breathe out of my mouth is when I'm working out. To top it all off I decided to get a second opinion and search for another dentist where I am now totally happy and comfortable. Upon parting from sunwest dental I asked them to send all my records to my new dentist and they made it the worst experience. The 2 front office ladies where extremely rude, worst customer service I have ever had. It seemed as if they were playing games by stalling and not sending my documentation in a timely fashion. I had requested for a copy of the email sent to me as well, because I dont trust this office. I had received the email within a couple hours and it took them longer to send to my dentist. I recently came back asking for them to send the information again and the office lady was so rude to me and I glanced at the other office lady as she rolled her eyes and ate her food at the desk. Unsanitary.. She said it would take 24 to 48 hours for my dentist to receive the email which blew my mind. Last time I checked it takes a minute tops to attach a file and click a damn button. Save your time and money and search for proper dental practice that treats you with the most respect, makes you feel welcome and comfortable and someone you can trust because your not gonna find it here.

First time seeing Heather, your new hygenist & she was wonderful!!!! Great visit as always! Dr Skyler was great as usual. Office staff was as lovely as ever!

Girls are great! Honestly i'm very impressed by how up front she was with how she explained in detail how if my 16year old son continues to do what he doesn't do for his gums then well he will not have any teeth left.

Just had a wisdom tooth pulled this morning. The doc and staff made sure I was plenty numb, comfortable and with my anxiety I was as comfortable as I could’ve been. Thanks for providing exceptional service.

A gentleman came into my daughter's place employment selling a great deal for $60 teeth whitening. My daughter went in they told her that because her teeth needed work, they couldn't do the whitening until the work was done on her mouth. And her insurance would cover it all.
My daughter is 17, not able to make medical decisions legally yet. And had no legal consent from myself, her parent. They did her teeth and when she went back for the whitening they informed her that the insurance didn't cover her and she had a $230 bill to pay. And proceeded to harass her about it.

In the over 6 years that I've been going to this dentist, I'm finding myself finally posting this review. They started out great but as time goes by, they are going downhill. The most in the last 6 months. I'll start with the actual dental part. I do go in regularly also. I went from not having any problems then six months later, I supposedly need 4 crowns. I had two teeth with dark marks on them and was told it was just discoloration. Come to find out that they are both cavities. Now how did they not get noticed when I was in for my cleaning 2 weeks prior? Why did I have to call attention to them? Then I have work started for two crowns. I'm in so much pain afterwards that I go in. They say they will call in a RX for me Friday afternoon. I tell them what pharmacy. They end up not sending it in until Monday afternoon and to the wrong pharmacy! I was in horrible pain all weekend. I no longer have any faith or trust in this dentist or dental company.
