Dynamic Dentistry Az

I recently moved to Show Low and was looking for a dentist to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I was able to call and book an extremely timely initial appointment and was put at ease right away. A cozy lobby and the receptionist, Leslie was so polite and sweet. Geri the dental assistant gave a small tour of the state of the art office and was very patient with my nervousness. She spoke very clearly and explained every step of the process. She was very kind. Dr. Farr was incredibly professional, kind, friendly and spoke at length with me about my procedure without seeming rushed at all. All of the ladies listened to each one of my concerns and offered many different solutions that would work for me. I left feeling confident that I would be taken care of for all future procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone who dreads going to the dentist. They even gave me a personalized thank you card! 10/10!!!

I retired to AZ seven years ago. I have had long time Dentists in both NJ and CA before moving here. I had another Dentist here in AZ prior to being told about Dynamic by a friend. I'm just sorry I wasted 6 years plus going to a marginal Dentist's office that didn't really take my needs seriously, they were just "going through the motions". I was amazed at how state of the art Dynamic is and how Dr. Farr and the rest of the staff are so pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. Just nice folks. I feel totally at ease with all of the employees there and totally trust their expertise. Definitely a 5 star experience all the way around.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN THE UNIVERSE!!!! My husband had a horrible infection and was in enormous pain and we called the emergency line and no one answered. We had to call another dentist to get the tooth pulled because dr Farr doesnt pull teeth. What dentist doesnt pull teeth? We transfered to another dentist and had a hell of a time getting records transferred and everything canceled. Today we receive a letter where dr Farr blames us for their wrongdoing. Stating that were rude to staff and im in awe that they cant take responsibility for their SUB PAR CARE!

I had amazing 1st visit at dynamic dentistry my hygienist was no knowledgeable and polite and gentle. The Clinic is beautiful. The dentist was friendly and professional. Dynamic dentistry is my new regular dentist

Everyone in this office is a professional. Any questions you have are answered clearly and with no judgment. The office is clean, bright and pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Farr and her staff whole heartedly.

I was fortunate enough to take part in Dynamics free teeth cleaning for Veterans program November 6th. I am impressed at how beautiful the office is. The staff is so very pleasant. I'm not saying this just because I got something for free. The technician cleaning my teeth was awesome and polite. Cheerful is the word. It didn't seem like a chore to her. I recommend using Dynamic at least once to see and experience the beautiful office and especially the staff for yourself. I've already committed my children to have their oral health maintained by Dynamic Dentistry.

I had an awesome experience at Dynamic Dentistry! The staff went out of their way to welcome me and were very knowledgeable. They gave me gifts and a tour of the office before taking me back to meet the doctor. And Dr Carpenter was great! I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist's office but he was able to help me stay calm and comfortable. He made sure I understood every step of the process. They are an amazing team and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Highly satisfied! Any issue I have had they have consistently taken care of it. The office has a very friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and really caters to patient needs. I'll keep going back. Dentist was real open and I felt like she would take great care of my dental needs.
