My crown came out 2 days before I was leaving to go on a trip. I went on Sundome's website and was able to get an 8:00 am appointment the next day. Dr. Ali and his staff welcomed me, took xrays and recemented my crown. It fit perfectly. Diane checked with my insurance and, to my surprise, there was no out of pocket expenses. It was a very pleasant experience!

Wonderful experience, other than my diagnosis that is, but I was expecting a not so good result. They were able to schedule me in for a next day appointment, very friendly staff, awesome explanation of procedure, results. Clean. All the latest tech. Dr. Ali is super. Went in for teeth cleaning. Instead got consultation and a plan.
Dental hygienist, Lauren, has 15 years experience and is quite good. Explains everything to you. Doctor comes in and checks you and talks with you about options for treatment. Clinic is very clean and well organized. My only disappointment is that they do not give IV sedation.

We have a very good experienced with the Sundome Crossing dental, particularly DR Kelly Hynes who is very accommodating and very helpful. She is the most dependable dentist that my husband and myself ever have, she even helps my husband with his teeth that is very complicated .been in many dentists but only in this clinic that he feels comfortable and treated us like family. She even helps me with my partial and repair it for free as I can't wear them before because the fitting hurts my gum, she is very kind hearted and it can't thank her enough for helping us . she is a very kind soul.
