Excellent service for both myself and my wife. Called with a filling that fell out as a new patient. Was in the office that same morning. Scheduled a cleaning for later in the week. Fast service, little waiting prior to being brought in for the appointment. Will be using them for all my dental needs.

I switched to Aeris two or three years ago and have been so happy with the change! Their office is professional and extremely welcoming.

Dr. Mortensen is excellent and I never feel like he is hurrying with me. He also doesn't suggest unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate, and gives you all of your options when a procedure IS necessary. Mary at the front desk is so accommodating when scheduling appointments and great at making sure you know JUST what your insurance will and won't cover. I'm pretty sure Amy gives the absolute BEST cleanings in town too. (Certainly the best that I've ever experienced.)

If you need a new family dentist or perhaps aren't thrilled with your current 'take a number' style office, you should really give them a call!

I was working at Cortaro and Silverbell when I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in immediately. I've always had dental phobia from previous experiences. There's just a great calming environment and really skilled and kind staff. Dr. Mortensen is wonderful. I now work all the way out at Broadway and Wilmot, and still make the trip to see them because I trust them implicitly. Totally worth it.

Your entire staff are all so professional. My children and I have been your patients for nearly 3 years now. Recently, I was in need of an emergency procedure. I called your office and I was seen immediately. My emergency procedure took place within a few days. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Mortenson. That really impressed me! There aren't too many businesses around anymore who bother making an impression, or who make customer satisfaction a priority. I for one am extremely grateful for you all!

I have never been fond of visits to the dentist but the doctor and his staff make everything so easy and comfortable. From scheduling an appointment till the moment you check out, the staff make you feel welcome. It really makes trips too the dentist easy when you feel right at home.

Amazing dentist. Even though we were a new patient he was willing to open his office on a Saturday and see my girlfriend because she was in extreme pain. Even though he did not have his staff with him, he was able to take X-rays, write prescriptions for controlling pain and infection, and finally schedule an appointment for extraction on Monday.

Monday's appointment was without a doubt the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist office. There was no waiting, the staff was extremely professional and courteous, and the extraction was unbelievably fast. Dr. Aries obviously goes above and beyond for the care and well-being of all of his patients. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him.

The staff is great. Friendly and on point with appointments and explaining procedures.
Stephanie cleaned my teeth and she has soft easy hands. No pain. The doctor is well spoken. Explained everything with detail. I was told at a different dentist that my 4 year old desperately needed silver caps asap. He said it was untrue and not needed since they were baby teeth and would soon come out.

For years I hopped from dentist to dentist searching for the right office to provide personal, professional care and finally found it when my kids started going here. Now the whole family have been patients for several years and we can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mortensen and his staff. We are always greeted warmly and treated so well. My kids feel totally comfortable with Dr. Mortensen and we love the convenient location and beautiful office. I love that the kids have their own waiting room and the decor is peaceful and soothing. Mary is always accommodating and helpful and I never thought I’d say going to the dentist is actually enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Very impressed! Incredibly kind staff. From my phone call to make the appointment to checking out every person I talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The dentist can be a stressful place but they put you at ease. I saw the dentist who ended up referring me to an endodontist. They called the endodontist for me and we're able to set up an appointment for later that day. The office is also very clean and homey. I was very impressed and will definitely be recommending this place.
