A five-star experience, all the way. Where should I begin? From the moment I step through the doorway, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and wow, my presence is acknowledged! The reception area and patient rooms are sanitized. Crystal and Amanda greet me with sincerity, and they are alert and know what's going on without the me even saying a word! They treat each patient with respect; they understand terminology, details, insurance, procedures and are responsive. They are so on top of everything. My dental assistants (I love Becky!!) are caring, knowledgeable and professional, all the way. Becky has always provided extra information and helpful guidelines for after-care. Without even my asking, Peggy spoke with my insurance, and was able to secure coverage for something they had previously denied!!! And Dr. Nguyen is awesome. I was terrified of having a filling replaced with a cap (who wants to go through this inconvenience?), but he shared the results of the radiographs, explained what he saw, explained what was happening, provided options for me, and then asked me, "Ok, what would you like to do?" The cap I have for my molar is superior, it fit perfectly, the color is great. Dr. Nguyen's professionalism is top-notch; I am so happy with the results of my visits. Wonderful office; this is a true team. I am so impressed and grateful, thank you!
