Dr Williams and all the staff at Ideal Dental are completely amazing! I used to get serious anxiety going to the dentist and now I feel so much more at ease. Dr. Williams is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The appointments are always on time, I've never been stuck waiting around to be seen. He even guarantees his work. I've never had a better experience at a dentist in all my life!!!

Highly satisfied with this dentist. The staff is super friendly and professional. I needed an extraction and a bridge and I am very satisfied with the results. The cost was about $1000 less than the quote I received from another dentist. My parents also have used this dentist for many years and are very satisfied as well.

I've been going to Dr. Williams religiously for about 4 years now. He's very personable and his office and team are nothing short of amazing. Everyone is so friendly and know me by name when I walk in. I had a crown put in this week and was very picky about it. It's so comfortable it feels like a normal tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his team for your dental needs

As most people, my kids were always paranoid of going to the dentist. The staff at Ideal Dental of Tucson and Dr. Williams have completely taken that fear away by giving them the best experience they have ever had at any dentist. The receptionist are truly friendly and kind. Most important, Dr. Williams and his hygienist treat their patients in a way that makes you feel that they are there to care for you. Dr. Williams thoroughly explains your options and how each procedure will be done. In addition, Dr. Williams and the staff make an extraordinary effort to make sure that we feel no pain or discomfort. As a result of quality care we noticed towards our kids, my wife and I are now patients of Ideal Dental as well. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and Ideal Dental to anyone looking for personalized and honest dental care!

I’m new to dermatology care so not sure what else to expect

I had a heart shaped whole cut into my back for what I’m told was the removal of a suspicious mole. I’m guessing it was shaped like a heart then that is suspicious enough. ???

I think now that I would have liked to have had a picture of it taken before removal so that I’d of had a better idea about what to expect was happening behind my back.

Now I just hope it heals🤞

If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I have really had a hard time finding a dentist for my daughters (ages 4 & 6) I decided to go to Ideal Dental for them . Right away we were greeted by Nubia and she explained everything in detail to me . From cost to what would be done . My daughters are terrified of the dentist . The first time we went they had a cleaning and I loved how the hygienist made them feel SO comfortable! And let me tell you my girls are nervous ones! They explained everything to each child . Dr Ruiz was Amazing! She is the sweetest and took the best care of our girls . She came up with the best procedure plan for my children to have and I completely respected her decision as I also knew this was what was best for them. Fast forward to today. Both having to get quite a bit of work done . Fillings for both, baby root canals and crowns . Oldest (7) had 2 crowns youngest (4) had 7. I could not believe their teeth were in this shape and I was super embarrassed but they assured me it was ok. Dr Willams and Dr Ruiz worked as a team today and did an AMAZING job! The care they have for their patients and families is superb! Dr Wilde was their anesthesiologist and made me feel super comfortable with having them sedated during the procedures. He asked all questions and explained everything thoroughly to me before and after the procedures. He also explained all the care for my girls at home. He took his time to make sure my girls were ok and ready to come home and didn’t rush to leave . A special thank you to him for all he did for us today as well!
I really want to personally thank Dr Ruiz, Dr Williams , and Dr Wilde for taking such great care of my girls through all of this. You are by far such a great dentist office and should be proud of your practice! I HIGHLY recommend you all!!!
Ps: girls are doing good a little sore but have not complained much at all! Taking it easy tonight building legos and watching movies.

Kind, friendly, and personable. Everyone made me feel at home.

I like the dentist and the hygienist, they are very nice. I don’t like that the dentist is so pushy about getting my wisdom teeth out. They’re not bothering me and I really can’t afford to have it done but they are very pushy about me getting it done and it is making me consider going elsewhere.
