Perfect Teeth - Continental Ranch

I have never had good experiences with dentist’s or hygienist’s, and to me perfect teeth is an amazing place to go for either of them. Everyone there is amazing and so nice and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are both very gentle when they are working on you. It is a great place to go, I highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff is great, I have always been terrified in going to the dentist but Dr. Santiago is very knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. Zuleth the hygienist is great, explained me the procedure to be done with pictures and was making sure I was feeling comfortable at all times. This office is clean and top of the line with equipment. Estefania the assistant is friendly and caring while taking X-rays. Hector the office manager is very friendly and explained how my insurance works and what to expect so there are no surprises. My last dentist called me the day before my appointment to let me know they were no longer accepting Aetna DMO plans. I had taken the morning off for the appointment. I called Perfect Teeth to see if they could possibly get me in on such short notice and they did! I had previously had a great experience getting my teeth whitened by them. Also, my husband sees them as well.

The staff are always friendly and professional. Hector, the Practice Manager has a mind like a steel trap remembering that I had gotten my teeth whitened for my wedding and my husband’s first name right off the top of his head. Danielle, the Hygienist did my cleaning. We had a whole lot in common and my teeth are squeaky clean. Dr. Chang took the time to talk to me about monitoring we’ll want to do on one of my teeth and my teeth grinding. Overall, just a really wonderful experience; great staff, great care.

Don't go here liars! They tell you it's covered by insurance and then bill you. 2 different visits. Told would be covered even though they don't know.

Edit: Angelina was able to have the charges removed and corrected. Still not a good experience should have been fixed on the first call months ago. I may have also overpaid out of pocket per my insurance but I just want to be done. I'm glad it's done, thank you.

I walk into this office and I am greeted by Verena with this beautiful smile. I was looking to inquire about a deep cleaning. Verena was very helpful in giving me information and setting up my appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Once inside I was greeted by the dentist (Dr. Chang) and her assistant. The process was very comfortable and relaxing. Overall I think I found my neighborhood dentist. Very pleased!!!!

First, I want to do a shout out to the office manager of the Continental Ranch location, Angelina. She is very good at her job. She is polite and answers all your questions. She goes above and beyond what a normal office manager does. She has helped me out on several occasions. The office itself is very clean and well run. My dentist is retiring which is unfortunate, because he was really good. Everyone will miss Dr Schop.

I have panic attacks when going to a dentist. It scares me to death.
When I walked into Perfect Teeth I was greeted by Verena. I love her. I still had some reservations because of my fear. Hector called me in and he was awesome. He's very comforting and told me exactly what was going to happen. At this time I was feeling pretty comfortable. Dr. Chang came in and I knew I was in the right place.
Everyone at Perfect Teeth in Marana are absolutely wonderful. My experience with them is great and I feel like part of the family. My husband and I travel 2 hours just to go to Perfect Teeth!!

Perfect teeth is a great place to go to for any treatments, cleanings, or other services! Their friendly staff members are always very professional, helpful, and honest. They always take care of me quickly and efficiently and accommodate the best treatment plans for me to fulfill my needs! Hands down, Perfect teeth is the best!

Dr. Santiago and his assistant Christie were very cordial and their concern was mainly for making me feel at ease for all of my work to be done. This office is very highly rated as being the best office I have been to--very relaxed and they laugh and make one feel calm. I have told many friends about this office already. No after effects of any of the shots I've had for extracting several of my teeth. Four teeth on the top were filled in and they look "Perfect" just as their name stands for "PERFECT TEETH." This goes for the staff also -- perfect manners and patience. They let me joke right back with them. I told them -- "Don't kid a kidder!" THANKS EVERYONE -- YOU HAVE MY NO. ONE VOTE FOR BEING "PERFECT."
