Everyone is extremely nice. They don't pressure you or make you feel you have to do major dental work before thinking about it. The office staff take time to explain everything to you. They are a digital office which allows you to see your X-rays in office. I am so happy I found this office.

I was able to get a same-day appt. The staff was friendly.I did not have a cavity(yay!) and got a good explanation as to why the tooth is hurting. The dr also gave some recommendations for gum care and I was able to schedule an appt to have the work done next week. All good. I recommend this office.

The reason I go there because google reviews look so good. But it turns out that they are not as good as the review.
First, they will take you 50 mins to check-in, and another 40 mins for waiting. And another 20 mins to wait for the doctor. No one thinks your time is important.
Second, the doctor is impatient. He is arrogant and unprofessional. He wants to take your money as much as he can.
Third, the staff there seems just got high in last night or this morning, they look sluggish, and unprofessional at all. They don’t even give you the X-Ray Protective Cloth while you are doing the teeth X-Ray. But when the X-Ray machine is working, the staff immediately hides behind a wall because she doesn't want to get hurt from the X-Ray. But she doesn't care about you at all.
Will never back again. Worst dentist in Tucson. Don't waste your time and money here. It is not worth at all. You deserve better services and respect.

First visit, same-day appointment on semi-emergency basis. Seen relatively quickly considering it's the week before Christmas. Full x-rays were taken before seeing the dentist, so he could see my problem(s). I left with a complete treatment plan, itemized cost breakdown and an appointment in one week to begin. Very impressI've first visit.

Look, I get it, most people don't like the dentist. But I'm telling you, this entire office is amazing. They're all extremely professional, personable, and they don't try to push procedures on you. They will tell you honestly if you really NEED an expensive procedure vs. trying an alternative that might be cheaper. I had my wisdom teeth removed and those puppies looked like caltrops developed by Satan himself, and the Dr. got them out in one piece. I wish I could describe how skilled it was for him to remove those wretched, enameled, rigatoni teeth of mine, but you gotta take my word for it. Go here! You'll love them because this office is how a dentist should be!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I will try to make this as brief as possible. Went in for a crown, they did the core buildup slapped a temporary on it and sent me on my way with no care instructions other then "dont floss there". Within 2 days the whole side of my face is swollen, have a fever and my gums are oozing. They give me a course of antibiotics and have me come in. During that visit they didnt even analyze my infection they just test fit my crown, put the temp back on and sent me on my way. Couple days later they put the permanent crown on and have me leave. Out of concern for the persistent swelling and pain, I get a second opinion. I find out tooth is abscess, the crown isn't even seated correctly and there is a gap between crown and my tooth letting bacteria in and making it worse. After 4 months, 9 appointments (2 of which were root canals), 3 missed days of work and $2000 the damage Dr. Valencia caused has finally been repaired. Which by the way when they went to replace the crown Dr Valencia gave me it popped off so easy it startled the dentist because it got suctioned up. Also, it took them 4.5 hours to do a filling and HALF a cleaning on my husband. Not even the whole mouth, which I found out from the new dentist my insurance does in fact cover unlike they told us.
