A big thing as soon as you call the lady’s answering the phone are kind and very helpful. I called a few places before here and they we’re all kinda rude. So definitely made a good first impression and continued to be awesome!

Dr.Penfill has been our dentist for approximately 3 years. We find that Dr. Penfill and his staff are professional, friendly, and extremely customer oriented. I have had 2 dental emergencies while under his care. In both cases, Dr. Penfill immediately returned my call and met me at his office for evaluation/treatment in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Penfill and his staff truly care about their patients.

I just wrapped up nearly two years of getting implants. Once again it was an amazing visit with Dr. Penfil and his staff. I learned about Thornydale from a good friend who highly recommended them, and I believe he is owed a steak dinner now that I can finally chew for referring me to Thornydale.
As always, they were fantastic! They were safe following CDC guidelines, and I felt very much at ease during my visit.

after my 1st visit it became clear to.me.that Dr. penfil and his staff are very professional and kind. Fromm the front office staff to his dental hygienist, Phuong, were talented and did their best to make me comfortable. Dr. penfil is a Rotarian and am proud to trying him and the staff should you be on the fence.

I went there wanting to get some periodontal work done,as my last dentist had priced me out of his care.But when i was finished with my $99 introductory exam i was given a quote that was the same as my old dentist.Nice,professional people but i am out another $99.so i'm still looking.

After some time to reflect on my visit, I realized that they 'checked' a tooth, told me I might lose it and said I needed to get it checked out. 100$ down there.
I go to the other place, they say that the tooth was fine and needed a deep clean. 200$ down there. Take your money to more competent dentists.
