Just because they are under one roof doesn't meen they are even remotely connected. Be ready to have calls transferred multiple times when you call and you may or may not find someone who can help. Also know your insurance because they don't accept at the same levels which is crazy. Example is Delta dental some of the dentist there are in-network for Premier plan and the PPO. And some are only for the Premier. And guess what, they can't be bothered to check if your insurance is in-network before service.

Terrible customer service and billing. My husband has had to constantly instruct them on how to file a claim. They have been billing us for a year on a cleaning that was covered 100% by our dental coverage. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Can't speak on the dentist's work. But staff is rude didn't even keep the appointment, rude on the phone and in person. If your staff like that no telling what kinda person will be working in your mouth.

Horrible. Were horrible to me. They refused to clean my teeth. They further came into the lobby and embarrassed me by talking about me in front of other people in the lobby! Never go to this place!
