Today, I had my first appointment and I have to say I was highly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and she was standing waiting for me. The receptionist had all my forms already on the counter waiting for me to fill them out. Then Paula, she was also great. She was very friendly and made me feel like I was talking to a long lost friend. She explained every step to me and why she was doing what she did. When I did interact with Dr. Hill, she was also pleasant and got straight to the point. She didn’t waste anytime telling me what she recommends to keep my dental hygiene at its best. Overall, I would say I enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend Austin Family Dentistry to anybody.

The staff is amazing and very passionate. They care about you more than just doing the work. Thats what brought me in when I needed a root canal bad. I was shopping for a dentist (totally feared them) and the doctor I spoke to was so polite and talked to me like a friend not a patient. Ive been in the state a year, but I plan on staying with the practice until I die. Im very satisfied.
