Ashley Harrison the dentist is quite good at her job. The Office Manager Christina is not. Specifically this last summer I had dental work I needed done and due to me having an outside insurance company (delta dental) I asked for an estimate on what portion of the procedure I would have to pay. I was told approximately 400 dollars. In a phone conversation with Christina she specifically said "Would you like me to confirm that amount?" I said yes. I never heard back from her before the date of the procedure in September. A few days after the procedure I paid my estimated fee of approx. 400 dollars. My insurance company paid off a much smaller portion of the bill than anticipated and I was saddled with an additional 266 dollar charge from Ashley Harrison DDS. When I called about the bill Christina made the statement that she can't guarantee anything and apologized for being "unclear". If it was 50 or 75 dollars I would have just paid the bill, but 266 dollars is OVER 50% of her estimate and it was post her saying she would "confirm" my portion of the bill. There was no statements made to me pre-procedure that the patient portion of the bill can vary wildly.
