Today was the worst day here at fuller smiles so I had a crown fell off was put on by the professional at fuller smiles 2 years ago and it fell off so they said 2 years with crown is good enough time for the crown to be on so your insurance doesn't cover we have to charge you 65 and I call my insurance they said fuller smiles is trying to double charge you its covered and that by law the tooth in question has 5 years cover so no charge is required so some staff are not informed with facts
