SmileCare and their dental services have changed for the better over the last year and a half. Overall, their experienced team of Dentists and Hygienists truly make the dental visit enjoyable and not so much a terror as its been in the past. Moreover, it doesn't feel like you're in a Dentist factory where their primary goal is to get you in and out, sell you things, and get you to pay for services (that I find excessive).

I first chose this dental office because it was the only local dental service provide by my insurance. My first couple of experiences ,a couple of years ago were not that great. They gave me way too many Xrays and I would often have to wait or comeback for a cleaning if I didn't want to pay for their extra services. However, it seems like their management and policies have changed. Also, their dental staff is different then before. The newer staff are genuine people who put more of an emphasis on educating patients about their current dental health and preventative care.

If you have a chance and you're in the Orange County area, check this location out and ask for Hygienist, Neven. She's a phenomenal hygienist who really knows her stuff and takes time with her patients (probably best I've ever had). I often like to know the "why", like why do I need fluoride during the cleaning. Yea... I'm one of those people. Neven will give me a thorough explanation about the science and current research(anatomy, physio) about it's benefits, which allows me to evaluate the pros and cons.

After your examination and cleaning, she'll give your a detailed analysis of what you can do to prevent poor or incorrect tendencies, ask you how you do it, and then will physically demonstrate the correct way. This might sound common but after you have her as your hygienist, you'll know what I mean.

I understand that my review is extremely positive but honestly, this place has changed immensely and the change is due to the Dentists and Hygienists at this location. As of now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been going to ocean dental for my braces about a little over a year now, and all I can say is that these people have been really friendly and professional with their work. I really got nothing bad to say about this place, but making me feel confident on smiling more and more!! Strongly recommend going here for any teeth work!

I did my cleaning with a great hygienist- Neven Georgey. She explained everything to me, and I didn’t feel any pain. After the cleaning, my teeth became so white. She is very experienced and knowledgeable! I highly recommend SmileCare and Neven Georgey.

Neven the dental hygienist completed my cleaning and irrigation for my gingivitis and immediately saw the difference in my gums. Teeth feel so clean. All staff are friendly and know what they’re doing. Definitely recommend coming here.

Neven the hygienist is very nice and sweet. She accommodates you however she can. She is very patient and careful. She takes her time and is very cautious with your cleaning. I truly recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist. All I can say is thank you, Ms. Neven.

Naveen Greogrey the dental hygienist that was there worked on my teeth and showed me how deep cleaning of my teeth is REALLY done! First of all she has this beautiful method of an injection free procedure where I DO NOT FEEL ANY PAIN with NO NEEDLES! Wow. Then she worked on every teeth meticulously without rushing. She cleaned over 10 years worth of plaque build up and stains. She polished all my teeth then had certification in Laser treatment that killed all bacteria that causes gum disease and bad breath! Honestly Naveen was gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable! I would give 10 stars to her if it's possible. Well done !!!!!
