Avoid coming here if you can. Most of the receptionists are rude and the wait time is a joke. They expect you to pay $200 a month for braces and if you're even a day late they harass you with phone calls but will have you waiting over an hour over your scheduled appointment time just to see you every single time. Not one positive thing I can say about this place.

This Western Dental is hands down the best when it comes to professionalism and truly caring for their patients. For instance Bella and Liz were so nice. Made a long line of people wait outside past their appointment times, then wouldn't see me for a root canal that they had scheduled and confirmed because I didn't have my referral firm with me. Put me at risk for infection and extreme pain from an exposed nerve in my tooth, and caused me to unnecessarily miss work, because they did not tell me all the requirements for my appointment and irresponsibly scheduled it anyway. Poor service, no compassion.
