I was not very happy with the billing process. The dental office did not submit a pre-authorization to my insurance company. Required me to pay the fee up front and according to the insurance company charged a fee significantly higher than industry norms. So when I did receive a check from the insurance company it was not the amount that was expected because of the higher fee charged.
