Aurora Dentistry provides excellent care. But, neither my wife nor I can get out of that place without some dire prediction to our dental health unless we have this or that procedure done. I do not appreciate it when they do a sales job on me. It seems some of their x rays and recommended procedures are unjustified.

This is the BEST dentist office!!! I have quite a unique situation and haven't been to a dentist in years because of it. But finally I tried Dr. O'Neil and had one of the greatest experiences you can in a dentist chair. He and his team, are very open, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them to everyone!

I LOVE this place! I'm so glad I found them when I needed urgent dental care last year. They are all fabulous. Dr. Smith is THE BOMB!!! They are GREAT with kids. My kids are 2, 4 and 7 and they all love to go to the dentist. They never what anyone (kids especially) to have a poor experience and do an outstanding job. Thanks for all you do Aurora Dentistry. Your facility and staff is simply the best.

I am super pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown here, from the minute you walk in the door. The front desk staff, hygienist and Dr. Smith were outstanding. I am nervous at dentist offices, but they made it painless. There was no pressure to do the crown I need but can't yet afford, either. I recommend them highly!

Had a highly unprofessional experience here in which the receptionist discussed my account details with other members of the dentistry while I was within earshot, claiming the dentistry had "lost a lot of money" as a result of their previous receptionists incorrectly billing me for the past four years. I was berated by the receptionist in the middle of my appointment about the bill, following her discussion with the other employees in the hallway. Extremely inappropriate, I will not be returning.

I was very satisfied with this office.Al the staff was super nice. I was seen by Dr. Brandt and I had the best experience ever. Especially because I hate going to the dentist. She was very gentle when I had my teeth cleaned and was very caring. I will be going back to see her and this office for future cleanings and any dental issues.
