One customer said, "Called to schedule an appointment as a New patient and the receptionist Violeta I believe was her name, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained to her more than ONCE that I wanted to schedule as a new patient and was in no pain. she kept asking what I needed to be seen for. Like am I supposed to know I need an OP in tooth number #12 or an RCT?" Another customer said, "My first visit with this office went pleasant, and I finally felt comfortable with a dentist. Dr. Heideman had created a care plan for me as I had quite a bit of work done. The first visit was smooth. My second visit came and went, I had some fillings done and they threw off my bite entirely. Through this time I also purchased a dental appliance as I grind and clench my teeth the assistant helping me was great; however again Dr. H was incredibly rude."

Dr Doerhoff is very personable and his work is outstanding. He put in a bridge a few years ago which works great. He has also done several crowns and fillings. I am pleased with everything he has done for me. I recommend him highly.

Honestly, everyone was so wonderful. They got us in on 730 on a Saturday. Not one employee was annoyed, or rude towards my mom and i. Each staff member was patient with us, and really truly took great care of us. I'm very thankful

I broke my tooth when I was 8 yrs old, I've had it worked on 6 times, it never looked natural. Dr.. Varner asked me if I was happy with it, before he fixed it the answer was no. Now it's a hugh YES! Thank you so much Dr. Varner!

I have been going to Dr. Doerhoff for a few years now and it has always been a great experience. I have had a everything from a basic cleaning to a root canal with a crown replacement at the office and everything has gone really well. Would definitely recommend Dr. Doerhoff and the whole Comfort Dental office.

We have been going here for 3 years. This office is a mess. 1) I have been asking to get a review on a claim for 2 years now. Noone has called me regarding this issue. 2) I have been trying to get a quote on a bridge for at least a year. Again noone called me back (3 times I was told someone would call) 3) today i was told my husband had an appt for 9am. Noone ever put it in apparently and they were rude as hell to him and were going to make him wait for THEIR mistake. This was the last straw at this office. After THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS we (and our insurance) have paid them they cant get their stuff together, we are done. You should really consider the relationships you sever and the money that you are throwing away.

Amazing staff, very kind and friendly. Best I have ever been to. Im not a fan of medical anything, I also have PTSD and anxiety, they worked with me the whole time and always checked in. Had some intense work done as its been several years and they made everything as quick and smooth as possible. I Won't go anywhere else.

I have a real problem when a dental group does a procedure outside of the allowable time. Had a deep cleaning done a couple years ago, and when I went t comfort dental recently I told them so they could check with insurance about when it was available as I knew it was every couple years, however they came back and said no problem it's approved. (However it wasn't) So after they come back and say...Oh sorry but you have to pay this bill because the insurance denied it, I'm a little upset...(I will say they did reduce the bill) but 400-600 hundred instead of what it would have been about 100-200 is BS. This was their mistake (If they didn't do it on purpose to get a few hundred dollars more.)
My family was going there...Not anymore!

Dr. Varner should really get some sort of formal recognition for being such an GREAT dentist and even greater human being!!! Of course he's one of the best at what he does (my mouth case and point), but what really sets him apart is his attention to detail, his genuine nature, and his attentive and calming presence.
Blows my mind that Dr. Varner can remember details from every visit I've had with him over the last two years!!! He can recall with ease what was going on in my life last time we spoke (Cause he always asks and genuinely cares), and what really amazes me is his uncanny ability to recall each of my visits and how my teeth looked at each with no hints from me on how many times thats been. That in itself is enough to keep me and my family coming back here for good (or at least as long as he's here!!)
If you want a Dentist that truly loves what they do, enjoys the personal relationship developed over time, and who relishes in those moments where his impact is directly realized in the form of a big smile from a happy patient then you need not look any further. Schedule an exam with Comfort Dental...no, I take it back schedule an exam with Dr. Varner!!
