Dr. Downey and the staff here at Comfort Dental are so knowledgeable and caring. I just had a root canal performed and I couldn’t be happier. The staff walked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had even during the procedure. Dr. Downey is so awesome I could go on and on. I referred my wife to Dr. Downey after her dentist said they couldn’t perform the root canal. Dr. Downey consulted her and said that a root canal is t needed at this time and that if she takes care of her tooth that it could be ten years before a root canal is needed. Dr. Downey easily could have performed the root canal and charged us for it but he truly is out to take care of his patients. I absolutely love this staff and have found my dentist for my duration in Colorado. Thank you everyone at Comfort Dental on Interquest!!

Dr. Hasselback is, hands-down, the best dentist I've ever visited. Everything from the actual work being done, the cheerful staff, and the professionalism of Dr. Hasselback was fantastic. After having spent some time at this location, I can tell anyone reading this that he really cares about the comfort of his patients. The explanations for what was going on with my teeth and the various interactions within my body reacting to them was laid out in a very honest and easy to understand fashion. I used to have some pretty bad anxiety about seeing any dentist but after having some fairly major work done with Dr. Hasselback I can say that my fear about dental work is mostly gone!

TL;DR - Amazing dentist, staff, and experience. 10/10

My son got his wisdom teeth out recently. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lim. I felt confident in his ability and he was both professional and kind. He answered all my questions and sent me home with all the information I needed to help my son recover. Great experience and my son has recovered with ease.

I’m honestly really shocked at the comments about them being rude. I walked in and asked about pricing, everyone was nice, I walked in today and they were beyond nice! I got a appointment right away, we joked around and one of the receptionists offered me produce from her garden. Chris was my dentist he was great but I can see how people can mistaken his personality as being rude, he’s really nice but is up front ( he’s prior service). I paid out of pocket but the staff did try really hard to find my insurance ( I went in ready to pay out of pocket anyways). I typically don’t write reviews but I feel like these people are complaining to complain here.

Dr. Hasselback has been my dentist for years and is the only dentist i feel comfortable with and confident in. His staff and everyone in the office is amazing as well. They're very kind and helpful .

I have been to another Comfort Dental and this one is by far the best. The front desk staff was simply amazing when I came in to the office for my appointment in serious pain. The dentist you could tell was ex military he was super nice and when I freaked out he told me "I work for you, we don't have to do this". But he also encouraged me to keep going and end the pain. I did and now I feel back to my old self. So thank you Comfort Dental on Interquest parkway, for making sure I feel better. Hugs!

Dr Hasselback is awesome. I hate going to any dentist, but this office is the best of about 20 I've tried from Monument to Fountain. No pressure, no unnecessary procedures. I feel he is a good, honest dentist not out to rip people off for a buck.

Hasselback was rude. He made me wait, I walked by his office and saw him with his feet up on the desk, so I didnt need to wait 15 minutes past my appt, he was just hanging out or something. I went in with tooth pain but also years worth of trouble because I have never had dental insurance, he only talked to me abut one tooth, told me I needed to go somewhere else because it was too complicated, when I asked about my other cavities he blew me off....pretty sure he needed to get back to reclining in his office or something, and he didnt wanna deal with my sorry insurance . I shared with him that I read his reviews on line and he got upset and said he didnt care about reviews.....but I think he started considering the value and influence of reviews and changed his tune a little, but by then he had already shown his true character. SO I went to Comfort Dental North and THEY ARE 100 PERCENT better, nicer, cleaner, more engaged, and courteous. All of them from the front office to the dentist, and check out girl. Very good service! Ive seen 2 dentists there and they both deserved excellent reviews, one I gave a good shout out for on Facebook because I was so impressed....the other I have only seen once but was super kind and made me feel welcome and comfy....Hasselback and these guys were/are night and day....Hasselback being dark night. I see has some good reviews, I have crappy insurance I wonder if he doesnt base his kindness on the amount of money insurance can pay or something like that....I mean he couldnt make a TON OF me because my insurance is lame, so he prolly just wanted to blow me off for that reason....only thing I can think of.

Absolutely amazing staff. I went in for a procedure and had absolutely horrible anxiety about it. Every single person helped talk me through the panic attacks and let me take my time. They didn't rush me through anything. They made sure I knew about what was going to happen, answered all my questions. They let me have breaks when I needed them. The hygienist even let me use her personal cell phone and earbuds to listen to country music to help calm me down. The dentist was fantastic too. He talked to me in calming tones. He made sure I was NUMB everywhere I needed to be. I didn't feel a thing through the procedure. He even called me himself a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. Their name is comfort dental and he truly made sure i was comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. Chris Hasselback. I was incredibly nervous because I have medicaid and that only covers so much, they were willing to cover all four teeth being pulled but I did not go under. was terrified that this procedure will be painful because I would be awake during the whole thing. I can honestly say Dr. Hasselback made me feel completely comfortable with the situation and numbed me so much that I felt nothing, I knew what tooth he was working on but that was it. Because of how well he numbed me I ended up not needing laughing gas either. He started with liquid numbing stuff so it would help with the needle and I am completely terrified of needles but I didn't even feel that. My husband is a baby when it comes to teeth and Dr. Hasselback talked to him during my procedure so he felt comfortable being in there with me. He was incredibly nice to me and my husband and I will continue going back to him. We also texted him late at night asking questions and he replied relatively quick.

Everything about comfort dental was great. The receptionist gave me her head phones because mine didn't work, the assistant to Dr. Hasselback was also incredibly nice and helped us out. We had an amazing experience. Thank you comfort dental and Dr. Hasselback for making this a wonderful experience for me!
