Last week's visit to replace a failed filling was most pleasant (which is not a phrase often heard about going to the dentist). The backup dental assistant, standing in for the regular staffer who was out for a medical reason, was friendly and competent, and very much in tune with the Dentist who was doing the tricky parts with his usual positive and sensitive way.
