I do not have enough good things to say about my experience with this office. I lived in Colorado for about a year and knew it was time to change out the cap on my front tooth and have an implant placed and along the way decided to get veneers for my top front teeth. The care I received was amazing. Dr. Conrad was my dentist and he walked me through each step with care. I have been to multiple dentists and have had multiple procedures done to obtain a perfect smile and this office helped me achieve that. The front desk staff was also great with scheduling appointments around my work schedule and guiding me through the payment process, which in the end was less than what I had thought which was great. I finally have a beautiful natural looking smile and could not be happier.

Prominent Point makes everything so complicated. They will send you to different offices and different dentists for a simple thing, not to mention, they overcharge and scam. I know a lot of apartments and houses are close to Prominent Point and the convenience makes you want to go here, but DO NOT! Id rather drive far then go here again.

Twice now I have had to have emergency services and the staff has worked me in immediately. Dr. Gillette is outstanding. I highly recommend her and the other dentists at this practice. The staff will take great care of you!

I came in for and got a simple crown with no root canal. The dentist and the front desk staff refused to call or email me back when I needed to communicate or when I had questions. I had to physically go in to the office in order to communicate. Needless to say, I chose a different dentist this year and my x-rays show that the crown I got at Prominent Point is going to have to be replaced/redone. Definitely not someplace I would ever recommend!

Dentist, technicians, front staff all very nice. Very nice facilities. I had a very nice 'benefits coordinator' tell me the costs of some extra procedures to include lasers and mouth wash. It seemed to help but did cost several hundred dollars. The unfortunate aspect is getting a bill 5 months after service because they didn't understand that neither my dental insurance nor my wife's coverage (I have duel dental insurance) would cover a deductible. They seem to have problems with billing issues. Don't be surprised with an additional bill months later.

Dr Schumborg was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a lot of work that needed done and she was able to get it done quick and did a great job. The whole office is very helpful and kind too. That’s why after 5 years I went back.
