I was immensely pleased by the safety, cleanliness and professionalism of all staff. Covid-19 practices were clearly visible and in practice by all staff. I have tremendous confidence in this practice; especially since I was a patient at the main Southbridge practice in Littleton where I was sad to leave due to geographic constraints. It's great to be back, and in a geographically convenient location!

My personal experience with this dentist is a cautionary tale. I went for two teeth cleanings in a year, the first of which i had a full set of X-rays taken and I met the dentist at the end of my cleaning. The cleaning was painful and the hygienist just told me I was sensitive. The second cleaning was also painful- blood running down my throat- and without any other X-rays taken or the dentist even seeing me- let alone examining my mouth- I was told by the hygienist that I would need a filling. Knowing I have never had a cavity before I saw another dentist for a second opinion who told me that I did not need a filling at all.
Anyone who suggests the need for a filling without taking any X-rays or even touching your mouth is clearly in it for the money and does not have the best interest of the patient at heart. I was very disturbed by my experience overall with this dentist and caution anyone who is considering them for themselves or Heaven forbid a child.
