Metropolitan Dental Care

My experience at this office was a mixed bag. The providers all seemed friendly and knowledgable! However, they fitted me for a crown incorrectly and needed a follow-up appointment to place the re-sized crown. They charged me for both appointments. Plus, the crown fell out four months later. It could all be circumstantial, but I'll think carefully prior to visiting this office again.

I love this place! I don't always have the same hygienist, but they are always kind, welcoming, and chatty. My dentist is friendly and remembers me every time. It sounds simple, but with so many patients coming in and out every 6 months, it's nice to be remembered. They also always give you a new chapstick and have really good flavors/scents.

I love Dr. Maureen Roach! She’s always treated me kindly in the years I’ve been going to Metropolitan Dental. I’m not a huge fan of dentists but she is so gentle I won’t see anybody else. The staff is just as awesome. They are upfront about costs and procedures. They truly have your best Interest in mind. I would recommend anybody in need of dental care to visit their offices. I hope you love them as much as I do.

I had two recent visits to Metro Dental Care. One to have a regular check up and then a follow up to have some fillings completed. In both instances, the staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Roy Kaluzshner took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with the results of my fillings. The hygienists, Erin and Liz did a great job explaining everything they were doing and putting me at ease. I would also like to give kudos to the administrative staff for providing estimates on costs on any treatments so that I was able to make an informed decision. Top to bottom, a great experience.

They are doing an excellent job of patient care; they spend the time to get to know you and your needs, and I felt like they actually care - so many places these days just push you through quickly as a money center, and this was not how I felt here. Teeth are in great shape, good recommendations for care, safety and cleanliness protocols in place during this time make me feel comfortable getting my teeth cleaned

I have been attending this dental office for the past few years now. The desk staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. They make sure to be able to schedule appointments that fit your schedule the best. Willie, the hygienist, is very professional and informative. He does an amazing job with cleanings and making sure I feel comfortable every time. His work never disappoints. Dr. Maureen is an amazing doctor / dentist. She is also welcoming, professional, and truly looks out for your best interest! I strongly recommend Metropolitan Dental Care!

Had a large string of appointments between spring and summer of this year and the staff was great. They were accommodating with my very busy schedule and even helped schedule a few last minute things for my convenience. They did a much more thorough job explaining the procedures, what they were recommending, and why than any other dentist I’ve had. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

My family and I have been patients at Metro Dental for fifteen years. The entire staff has always been professional, courteous and competent. We've had nothing but positive experiences and have recommended dozens of friends and family to the practice.

This was my first visit. Really terrific dental practice. Everything is hard during COVID but this office is really fantastic. It is a VERY safe, friendly, and utterly wonderful practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. If I could give 6-stars, I would.
