Awesome service with an excellent staff. Normally when I would get a cleaning at other offices it would only feel superficial and systematic. I can’t recall actually ever enjoying a cleaning until now. I’ve always been a big fan of personal interactions, and I feel like sometimes that this trait can be missed by staff members. And because it can ruin the experience you may have. Fortunately it seems that bookcliff dentals staff it is truly spectacular. Bookcliff dental has left me with a really good feeling and I will be coming back for more cleanings in the future. On top of all of that I had no issues with the level of service that was delivered to me. Truly an amazing staff full of unique personality’s that make it feel like home.

Finally a Dentist I don't dread going to, affordable, caring, fun. Dr Ryan was wonderful and kind while his staff are classy and funny. It's like you and your mouth get a great big hug when walking through the door. I recommend this business to all family members and friends.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went to their facility because their location showed up as a provider through my insurance.

Talked to the front desk and was told “we are in network.”

Went in to get a deep clean, left with my mouth swollen and couldn’t eat for days. Was told “this is the first that that’s happened.” Wasn’t given any self care instructions other than “don’t use mouth wash.”

Fast forward present day my insurance won’t cover it because now they tell me they are NOT in service.

I highly recommend Dr. Laurie Stein dentist office to everyone. The staff is amazing! First time I came here they automatically made me feel comfortable and like I was part of there family. They are very honest when they explain your dental plan and very helpful in all ways possible.

Really great experience overall. I had my first cleaning last week which was one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff and hygienist. Had three old broken fillings replaced today and it went super smooth. The membership program is really the way to go and encourages regular and routine dental care and maintenance. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Dr. Stein is the best dentist I've ever met ! She is very knowledgeable, informative and most of all honest. This is the real doctor who genuinely cares about your dental health and who incorporates integrity with quality. Dr. Stein is very professional and at the same time is very comfortable to be around. Such a pleasant office! ALL the Staff are unique, caring, professional and kind. I was dreading finding a dentist when I came back to Grand Junction. My family has a lot of dental professionals in it, and that has taught me well that not all dentists are equal. This office is Patient, not Profit, centered. I am always well informed of my treatment plan options including the risks and benefits, and they are completely transparent with costs before treatment. They have gone out of their way to provide me with a challenging completion of an implant. The atmosphere is relaxed and you truely feel like they are there to take care of you for as long as you need. I never feel pressured. Happy to have found a dental "home".
