The new patient process was extremely easy and I’ve never felt more at ease in a dental office on a first visit. After a thorough first visit I was informed that I would need to have minor surgery. Turns out Dr. Bennefield could perform the surgery without anesthesia (there’s a worry-free pill!) Grand Dental is the friendliest dental office I’ve ever visited. With televisions on the ceiling and a doctor who explains things to me in terms I understand, I look forward to my next dental visit.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years but recently I called to add my whole family to be seen and they acted like I wasn’t even a customer. They said they haven’t seen me for one of my 6mo check up. So they said I wasn’t a customer. Won’t be going back to them. No wonder they don’t have a lot of good stars or reviews.
