Thorough technician (Holly),took the time to check closely while keeping things moving. Follow up with doctor and advisor for future treatment was professional and easy to understand. Excellent service and fair pricing. I used their in house savings program and will definitely renew. Top of the Line all the way.

First off I wanna start by saying I am deathly affraid of dentists and was completely unable to walk into a dentist office. I canceled twice on them because I couldn't even do it. Jen the office manager said they weren't going to reschedule me. About a week later I went in and talked to her personally and she put me on the schedule for Derek Dean and said I cannot miss this appointment and need to make sure I am there. My upper teeth were really bad and needed our for so long and she went above and beyond any person at a dentist office I've ever seen and begged for the dentist to take me 1 more time. She promised me that I would walk in and they would take me straight back to the room and get me sedated so I wouldn't have a freak out moment and get me started within minutes of walking through the door. Well they did exactly that and Dr. Dean came in and started giving me stuff to calm down and sedate me. He was cool, nice and gentle. He did awesome work and had me done in only 2 hours and then made time for me to come in during a busy schedule a few days later to check on me and see how the healing was doing to sooth my anxiety. I have never had a dentist office be so nice and attentive to their patients and be accommodating to a patients fears and anxiety like mine. I highly recommend Dr. Dean and Ruby for any work that you may need to have done. I will be scheduling my bottom teeth to get done with Dr. Dean in July and my fillings as well. Thank you guys so much!!! Especially Jen!

Is a dentist appointment allowed to be fun? Because Angie and Holly totally made it fun. Not only were they professional, but they were welcoming, funny, talkative and took the very best care to make sure I was comfortable. First time visit did not disappoint. I'm impressed.

I was a new patient today called with pain and they got me right in. Dr. Dean took plenty of time to talk me though all my questions and create a plan. No judgement very friendly one of best dental experiences. Very aware of what would be best for me and my budget. Front and back office staff super friendly and welcoming great at helping to put you at ease if you are nervous to see the dentist. Again Dr. Dean was very attentive and worked with me through my fear to have a great outcome to my appointment. I would 1000% recommend this practice.

I have been going to this Dentist for many years and I am always pleased with the work that they do. Dr Dean is my Dentist and he does excellent work. Shelley is my hygienist and she is very gentle and does an awesome job everytime leaving a big smile on my face! I can say anytime I have had any slightest concern they take care of me and I would recommend to anybody looking for a thorough and life long Dentist to go to ruby canyon dental. Had an amazing experience with Ruby Canyon Dental. My 5 year old needed a tooth pulled and a spacer placed. Another dentist wanted to put her under for this which I felt was excessive. My friend suggest Ruby Canyon so I gave them a try. Front desk was welcoming and very kind. The dental assistant was so patient and talked to my daughter and encouraged her to be brave. The dentist was prompt and very good with my daughter. They were able to pull the tooth, which she did so well for. She just held my hands. They placed the spacer, which she did not do well for even though it was the easiest part. They did not lose their patiences or get frustrated with her. I am so glad my friend suggested them. Also their office is beautiful and nice. I love the technology to show you xrays and the cleanliness.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Dr Chelsea was great! She explained everything to me in detail about what I needed and what I possibly didn’t need to have done. I highly recommend this place!!!

I went in for my appointment a little agitated but the interaction with one staff member made all the difference. He was calm and never let my questions or concerns rattle him. He let me know that I am free to make a choice and was able to help me get what I needed to have done, done. A true professional. Jordan is an asset to your practice.
