All Seasons Dental

All Seasons has really bent over backwards to help me since January of this year with my total implants. Christy, Mike, Kathi, and others really work to see that things are done right. Dr Grimard is also top notch in getting my mouth ready for the implants. I recommend all of them very much!

Initially I loved them until they lost my old bridge . I went there last August and took my bridge to be reattached . I left my bridge at the office and intended to return at 4pm that afternoon but due to my heart issues I became ill and wasn’t able to go back . I live Well over two hours away . Needless to say , it’s now almost April and I’ve been told several stories about them throwing away my bridge . Now Gina their office mang er is outright denying they even had it ? What kind of ethics do they have ?? It’s one thing to make a mistake and yet another to admit it and then have a manger try and cover it up ? I was told two weeks ago that Mike had disposed of my bridge and that The Dentist herself felt horrible as it was a mistake . That was the honest employee . Then her office manger answered the phone and began to yell and accuse me of making up a story to not pay a bill ! When I explained I’ve had two heart failures and I’ve been very sick she began to attack my charector as if I went out of my way to not pay them for an ex ray . I was told the Dentist would call me and as of today I’m still waiting . Sadly , I’m also waiting for a call from my attorney and I feel if nothing else they owe me apology for treating me like a villain when I only wanted to be able to eat again . I don’t recommend a place that allows their staff to tell the truth yet had an office manager that lies and cover up a simple mistake . As a business professional I truly hope this dentist wakes up to what is going on with her staff . Blaming a customer and lying to cover your tracks is never a good option. My attorney may just agree . If they agree to do what’s right I’ll remove this post . So far ... I’ve not seen it .

Dr. Kristi !!! You are awesome! You changed everything that I was thinking. Thank you for your advice and very detailed instructions on our next steps. For the FIRST time, i am not dreading my next appointment/s.

All Seasons Dental, Inc. has the best dentist and staff ever. They really care about your teeth and are so friendly and helpful.

I informed the office twice I was coming to appt on bicycle, even told the receptionist who called to reschedule for the Dr the previous week. After riding 2 miles to get there, I find out there is zero accomodations for the bicycle. With a flat front tire, I had to push my bicycle home another 1.8 miles. Who cares in Pueblo, right?

My experience was great and their staff is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. All Seasons Dental has definitely gained another loyal customer.

What a wonderful, kind and fun office! Could not recommend more
