I only gave one star because not giving any wasn't an option ,they don't deserve even one! I was told by not one but two employees that money I paid in advance was going to be refunded to us and that a debanding fee would be $200 and the very next day ,literally the very next day ,the "manager Patty" tells me no we don't do refunds and the fee is $400 ! I explained how both employees said they would honor the refund ,and Pattys response was oh well that employee is no longer with us. I said I just spoke with her yesterday and the other receptionist just told me that employee would be back in a hour! Patty told me she wasn't able to make the refund decision, but later in the call tells me I have made the decision to not give the refund and you're just not happy about it ,all while cackling thinking it was funny. When I told her this wasn't right and mentioned reporting it to the B.B.B she hung up on me. Not professional at all and flat out rude!
