Best Dentist (Dr. Q) and everyone in the office!!!!! He's on step 3 of 4 for me. Every SINGLE visit has been fun!!!! Yes, can you imagine I SAID FUN!!!! All of the doctors and staff are super friendly and FUN. Everyone from the front office to the DENTIST'S are perfect!!!! If you need ANYTHING, they will provide it for you!!!!! Extremely unsatisfying. I work in customer service for a living and this place does NOT understand customer service. My wife went in for a tooth pain. They took x-rays and showed us the work that needed to be done. We approved all of it, had it done and paid for it. For the next week she still had the exact same pain. When we returned to them to find out why, we had to pay for x-rays AGAIN and we were then told she needed more work done. Do they not know how to properly diagnose an issue and get it fixed right the first time? Why don't they offer assistance if they fixed the wrong thing the first time? They only made excuses and refused to offer any help when I confronted them about this. I would have continued to return to them had they been more helpful. I don't expect perfection from any business but I do expect ownership of a mistake. There is a general lack of transparency here and a feeling of incompetency.

Great service(: Nice, fun environment/people. Only $19 for an exam and X-ray for wisdom tooth pain! Most inexpensive place I found after calling about 10!(: Also, you can refer someone to them and give them a discount card where they can get the exam and X-Ray for a dollar!
