Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics

Recently had pain in molar and knew it would require extraction. The staff has been very helpful and respectful. The office manager gave list of charges and of course everything is added on. As I have difficulty at the dentist gas is used most of the time. I am told they use it for children. Dr Grace was competent extracted the tooth. I was unable to get antibiotics from comfort dental and did get the RX from oncology. I paid in full when made the appointment. When arrived for extraction they said hadn’t collected for initial exam and wanted another100 dollars. Make no mistake making money is the first priority of this practice. The waiting room is small and full.

Just had my braces removed after 2.5 years, the entire experience with comfort dental was top notch. They always provided the best service and took care of me from day one. Highly recommended. They go above and beyond, especially for a place that stays so busy. They worked with me when I had a hard time making appointment times, sometimes the occasional late payment. Now I have a perfect smile! Thank you so much!

I would give them 5 stars but they are hella expensive! There are some insurances they don't accept so you're stuck paying out of pocket or create a bill with their care credit program. The work & quality of services the provide are awesome.

Comfort Dental is the best in the Pensacola area. I’ve been a patient for many years. My dental hygienists Cindy is great. The entire staff are very professional and accommodating. Every visit is an awesome experience. The office is very well maintained and beautiful decorated. If you’ve seen the commercial with Dr. Farrugia talking about patient safety, well believe him. They have a great system in place to keep you safe. I highly recommend Comfort Dental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked me in for a next day appointment. Only problem at all I would have to say, I had ( and it is nit picking) is that I felt like I was being hurried.

Update: today is day five it seems I have a dry socket (no fault of the dentist) from eating I think. They fit me in with a same day appointment so I’ll gunna fit five stars for now and will update tomorrow. These guys do good work.

New update: it didn’t end up being a dry socket, but rather an infection starting. Three days later was feeling great. The looked at it free of charge the second time. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Mimi in the office is an absolute joy and made things so easy and comfortable throughout my dental work. Victoria helped answer so many of my questions while Mimi was busy(I was nervous). I had to have a crown placed as I chipped my front tooth almost completely. Dr. Reyes and Tamara made the whole experience painless and comfortable. Dr. Farrugia came in to speak with me and you can tell how knowledgeable and proud of his profession he is; the office was so busy i honestly didn’t expect to see him all that much! However he was very proactive in my care; which was so appreciated since other offices I have been to I don’t even see the person who owns the practice I feel. I can’t say enough great things and I thank them for the care they provided to me! I will look to them for any dental work needed in the future!

I was looking for a new dentist to have dental work done. No longer! I like everything about comfort dental from the environment to the great care I received there. I honestly haven't been taking care of my teeth as I should due to poor experiences I had with my former dentist, but the Comfot Dental Care staff have actually made me confident that I will get all of my dental work done there from here on out! Excellent service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The doctor was excellent and his assistant, Tamara was fantastic in communicating before and after the procedure. Other dentists told me that it couldn't be done, that I had too much bone loss and sinus drop. But Dr Farrugia gave me teeth in a day and recovery was easy.
