I haven't even seen the doc yet... this review is just for the staff making appointments via website/email. They are super friendly and helpful and were very patient working with my tight schedule and Tricare. So far I am very impressed and looking forward to my visit.

I was very impressed with the professional and quality care by Destin, my hygienist and Dr. Cook. I would highly recommend this dental office if your looking for a friendly staff.

I do not recommend this dentist. I went in for Dr. Cook to fix a chipped tooth and he told me I needed a previous filling redone next to it so trusting what he recommend I did both the same day. I went back the next day bc my bite felt off and what he said was a "easy fix" turned into more of a problem. Went back again, and then he told me it needed to be refilled AGAIN bc the filling didn't stick so I did. Needless to say I ended up going to a different dentist bc it got worse. As I saw in their X-ray both fillings were bulbed out. So I needed to get them both refilled by the new dentist and had to pay out of pocket $350 bc my insurance covered all the other. I called Cook Dentistry a handful of times to try and get some if not all money back and they simply blew me off. I tried to be patient but I simply can't say enough that I don't think Cook Family Dentistry is a trust worthy office. Quite disappointed that a year later I'm writing this review.

Awful. Amy I am so sorry you went through the same thing I am going through. I just kept believing they were going to make it right like they promised now a year later I am finally giving up. Prating for better days went in for cavities came out a year later needing a muscular Deprogrammer. Sick they can do this to people. ***update*** New Dentist in Seacrest fixed everything in two weeks without braces or surgery(doctor cook said I would need them to repair the mistake he made on my bite botox and possibly joint surgery) So happy to be far away from Dr. Crook.

Very unprofessional with their management staff, not friendly at all. Dentist has attitude for no reason. I got 3 fillings done with them i told him when bite it hurts and I cannot comfortably brush my teeth. He said i will get used to it. Still not happy with work he has done. I can’t recommend this dentist.
