I truly appreciated how professional and efficient this office .Everyone was wearing a mask and my temp was also taken . My wait was not long at all. My consultation was informative. The incredible folks at DFM saved me from jaw pain and agony that I had been suffering for years. I hadn’t been to the dentist in close to 15 years, but I felt no judgement from them whatsoever regarding the condition of my teeth (despite me needing multiple fillings and 2 root canals.) Dr Koch’s bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced, and every person who works at DFM is an absolute delight to interact with! I have horrible anxiety around dentists usually, but the entire team put me at absolute ease. I didn’t even feel the numbing shot, because Dr. Koch had a slow, methodical and gentle approach to everything. Every question I had was answered, they really took time to explain everything, make sure I was comfortable, continued to check in with me during my root canal, and followed up with me post procedure. I had a small scare (reaction to my antibiotics) and they got me in right away to make sure I was ok and on a healing plan that worked for me! I cannot recommend Dentistry for Midtown enough, and Dr. Koch will be the only dentist I go to for as long as I live in Atlanta!

More importantly they found some serious issues that needed a lot of work and they referred me to another excellent doctor. It meant so much to me that they paid attention to those urgent issues. Visited Dr. Patel for discomfort with one of my molars. Although he made me feel very comfortable and provided me genuine feedback without going straight into a root canal procedure, everyone else in the clinic seemed like all they cared about was making money and rushed me into making decisions of undergoing many additional treatments for my tooth (that were not covered under my insurance).
Before the procedure they told me my insurance covers the treatment cost but I was charged the entire cost for the debridement a month later when the claim was denied. They urged me multiple times to undergo deep cleaning after my debridement even when my tooth was healing by itself.
A suggestion would be to clarify with your insurance company before undergoing ANY procedure as the information provided by them is not accurate.

I’ve been using these dentists for 15+ years and they’re amazing. They do great work at reasonable prices. And they do the necessary work and don’t try to upcharge you. Or charge you for things that should be part of normal covered services. Awesome jewel of a business in Midtown.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional! Had a permanent retainer removed and it took very little time. From Remi at the front desk, Chrys who took my x-rays and assisted, and Dr. Koch who did the removal, everyone in the office was nothing short of perfectly pleasant. All in all, it was a 45-minute visit to take care of something I've wanted to get done for years. Actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning next week :) Thank you, Dentistry for Midtown!

Debra did a great job on my deep cleaning. She was very gentle with my mouth. She didn't pinch my lips or nose a single time. Every other hygienist who worked on me pinched me multiple times. She was very about what she was doing and used topical anesthesia appropriately to manage discomfort. As a good experience as can be had for a dental procedure.
