The Riverwood Dental team was great! Everyone was kind and willing to explain and answer and questions I had. Dr. Love was a joy to be around! Loved the layout of the office as well with a beautiful skyline view while I was getting my teeth cleaned.

I visited Riverwood dental in May 2022 for a cleaning and I had a good experience. They were kind and I had no complaints. I recently went to another orthodontist office for invisalign and the orthodontist mistakenly cut my lip. I immediately discontinued service at that office and I was looking to get the brackets taken off at Riverwood Dental. I called their office, thoroughly explained my situation to the front office staff and the rep stated they would be able to take off the brackets and without hesitation provided me with a price estimate. When I get to the office this morning, Dr. Chu comes over to interrogate me about why I'm getting the brackets off so soon and was more concerned about being in good standing with the other practitioner than being accommodating. When she examined how many brackets were actually in my mouth, she stated the price was double what I was initially quoted. When I scheduled my appointment, more questions should have been asked and the scheduler should have consulted with Dr. Chu so I would not have wasted my time by coming into the office this morning. Needless to say, I won't be back for any future visits!
