I was very pleased with my initial visit. The staff is awesome, from Jeffrey to Theresa and the best hygienist ever - Brittany.

Both my son and myself were patients at this office for 4 years. My last visit in 2016 was horrendous. The hygentist was extremely rude and nasty and was purposefully rough on my teeth because I questioned why my son, who had been waiting for 1.5 hours to be seen had not gone back. I politely requested to reschedule his appointment, then the office manager came in demanding to know why I wanted to reschedule. Then began to argue with me on How our previous appointments were staggered -which was not true. I then advised I would not be finishing my cleaning. As I was signing my credit refund, the hygentist came to the front desk to continue with snarly comments. 2 weeks later I received a bill for x-rays that never happened. Spoke to office manager by phone about it and she agreed they billed myself and insurance in error...but did not fix it. I am in the process of filing a complaint with my insurance along with Dental Board. Please do not waste your time or money at this office. Un professionalism and Fraud appear to be the motto.

Today was my second visit at the practice. It was the shortest dental visit I ever had. The staff was pleasant.

I was expecting to hear the counting of the gums.

But the hygienist said I was doing a good job.

Excellent customer service and treatment. Everyone treats you like family. Dr. Thomas is amazing! She’s very thorough and passionate about her work. I definitely recommend Dr. Thomas and her staff. You will not be disappointed.

I called the Office after experiencing an unexpected pain my tooth. The office was able to schedule me an appointment the same day that I called. Once i arrived at the Office I was greeted by the Office Manager and staff who all were very kind and professional towards me. After I filled out the required paperwork I was receiving treatment after a brief wait in the lobby. The hygienist explained step by step to me everything that was being done that day. My overall experience with the Office was great considering how I am nervous about going to the dentist. I will definitely be returning regularly and bringing my wife back with me!

Amazing staff and amazing quality service! Dr. Thomas is top notch in her dental practice. She has provided quality dental care for myself, my husband and our two children for a few years and we are always pleased.

I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s happened multiple times with the Lack of Communication. I spoke with someone about about treatment and was given a price but on my appointment date the price was doubled and I only knew because I myself called them, Otherwise I would of drove 50 mins for nothing. I understand things change but I just talked to someone a week ago now it’s different? They also will pressure you into certain procedures so you should get a second opinion first before you spend all that money because they seem to come off as pushy and money hungry.

This office became "OUT OF NETWORK" AND did not accept my dental insurance. But they FAILED TO INFORM ME, after asking for my insurance card on three occasions. They then told me a procedure was covered when it was not and sent me a bill. They mis-represented the amount due on two occasions. I specifically asked them multiple times "what is my cost and deductible" and they blatantly lied to me in person while standing at the desk. They were Out of network, and they Knew it when I came in and they decided NOT to tell me until I got a $300++ bill. This practice is not professional or trustworthy. They send me constant emails regarding open appointment, but Failed to inform me and many other patients that their IN-Network Status with several insurance carriers was terminated, therefore Patients foot the bill for 50% of most services including cleanings. I have filed a complaint with the GA Department of Insurance about this Dental Practice. Additionally I have had to come BACK after two procedures done Incorrectly by one of the "Friday Only" Dentist.

This office was able to get me an appointment the same week I called. Everyone was nice and helpful. I like that the doctor and Hygienist were able to both see me during my visit. I highly recommend this office. The office was clean and informative.

Just left that place... I haven't got my teeth done in forever. Waa actually embarrassed at how long it's been. There was a guy there African American bald head. He says he's thirty but he's really like 35 lol😂 ..all jokes aside i wish i remembered his name but he treated me very well. He was thorough and i appreciated the patience he had to make my teeth feel great again. Thank you West cobb smiles and to the gentlemen who assisted me and cleaned my teeth.
