Smile Moore Dentistry

Smile Moore is professional, clean, timely, friendly, knowledgeable, well coordinated, honest, organized, has updated equipment and is as peaceful as a dentist office can be! I went there initially because he was voted Gwinnet's best dentist for several years in a row....now I know first hand, he is the best! Highly recommend.

My visit was most enjoyable, though a trip to the dentist is not on my favorites list. The front area was friendly and accommodating. The hygienist (Deborah) was outstanding and took her time to explain each procedure and was gentle and competent. Dr Moore did a nice job explaining recommended procedure and took the time to explain and answer my questions. I will be back for recommended procedures.

I can honestly say I don't work anywhere as a hygienist that I wouldn't trust my own family to come to as a patient. I have been working with Dr. Moore and the team for 5 years now. I have grown to love our patients like extended family, and enjoy catching up with them every 6 months. On a personal level Dr. Moore is also my dentist :) and he recently had to replace one of my fillings to and onlay. Just because I work in dentistry does not exempt me from being slightly anxious in the dental chair. All of our patients have raved about Dr. Moore's injections to me since day once of working for him. Well from my personal experience I can say..what a breeze! He gives the best injection I have EVER had! I didn't feel a thing. So now I can say from my own personal experience that Dr. Moore is truly one of the gentlest dentist I have ever had. I strongly recommend him to my own family and friends.

I absolutely hated my old dentist and made the switch to Dr. Moore a few years ago. I love going there now. Very, Very friendly staff that are actually interested in what you have to say and genuinely care about you. I always enjoy chatting with them. Could not ask for better service and dental care. You can get in and out and on to work in 30 minutes which benefits me greatly. Thank you very much to you and your staff.

Today was my 6 month check up at Dr. Moore’s office. I have been treated by him for over 20 years. You will never find a more caring, kind, efficient, professional dental office. I never wait long, and I am greeted and seen rapidly. The dental hygienists are very thorough and knowledgeable. And finally, Dr. Moore is always immediately trying to solve all of my dental problems. He is kindness itself.

Dr. Moore is an excellent dentist with a great staff. I am fortunate to know him as a friend and a dentist and have nothing but respect for his ethics, ability, and character. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and offers them the highest quality of care. If you are considering a new dentist in the north Gwinnett County or south Hall County area - you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Moore and his team is absolutely amazing! Great customer service from start to finish! All my years going to the dentist, today as a new patient I am confident and looking forward for my future treatments to occur under his service!

Extremely friendly staff, made you feel at home and design excellent layout in print and verbal for an action plan to correct my dental issues. They set a high standard for care. I only wish I would of found them years ago, past dentist I had always been treated as money, but here I felt like they care about me not just my pocket book. Excellent service and would high recommend them.

Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing. The moment you walk through the door your greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The check in process is not complicated and there is rarely ever a prolonged wait time like most established practices. The hygienists are degree certified so you know they are more than qualified to handle your care. Dr. Moore is very professional and very patient with an excellent "chair-side" manner which is helpful in a typically stressful experience no matter how well you prepare for your exam. And when it comes to check out, its as smooth as the check in. Very quick and stress free. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family if they were in the market for a new dentist.

My family has been going to Dr. Moore for over 20 years. Even though we no longer live in the area, we travel to Sugar Hill to go back for our dentistry needs. It takes an hour to get there, but it is well worth it. It is worth the honest assessment, great cleanings, caring people and the excellent skills of Dr. Moore. I have had countless procedures done and do NOT have one complaint or ill word. I would drive 4 hours if I had to.
