My first experience at VIP Family Dentistry was excellent. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked into the office. She was very polite and friendly. The waiting room was first class as it encompassed a large leather couch and a flat screen TV on the wall. The waiting room was nothing like most dentist offices I'd experienced in the past where they are cold and uninviting. The dental assistant that did my cleaning was amazing. She was kind and very patient with me and she performed her duties, she was the tip of the sword. The dentist was very friendly and kind and wasted no time. The experience truly deserved the 5 stars I provided.

Yesterday was my first visit. I was an emergency work in because I had a cracked crown. Dr. Patrick Van Derhei was able to repair for me temporarily and he will replace on a few weeks with a new crown. I had a great experience and was thrilled to find an excellent practice And i was very impressed with the professional but friendly nature of this office. They will be the dental practice for my families dental needs in the future!!!

This practice is amazing. Front office. Hygienist. Dentists. They are all very caring and friendly. Very professional. Appointments always run on time. They take care of my routine dental needs and also did an implant that is PERFECT. No pain. Perfect color match. Would highly recommend. My son is in pharmacy school and he does not have dental insurance. They have a great plan for those who do not have dental insurance....250 per year for 2 cleanings, xrays and discounts on other procedures. Really should advertise it on their website ...it is perfect for those without dental insurance.

I had very discomfort and I was able to eat a regular soup & sandwich. I did not get message until today about my appointment. I had to go to the ER Saturday for acute SOB AND pneumonia been home since . Ihave to go back to primary for follow up.

Refreshingly honest, friendly, and trustworthy. I came to VIP several years ago to get a second opinion when my primary dentist was pushing expensive procedures that ultimately were not necessary. VIP is now my primary dentist and I have not returned to my old dental group.

Nobody actually likes going to the dentist, but I don't mind the dentist appointments at VIP. The office looks nice and is clean. The people are all nice, friendly and if I'm feeling the least little bit of pain they will take care of it. VIP was recommended to me by my son's pediatric dentist and I've been coming ever since. As far as dentists go, they are the best - but of course given a choice of visiting them and spending an afternoon at the beach, I would choose the beach. ;-)
