Dawsonville Destinctive Dentistry is awesome! I love how forthcoming they are with pricing information because I don't have dental insurance. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring. Julie, my hygienist is very careful and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Manzur and Dr. Michelle are both great dentists and I have only ever had good experiences.

Once again DD was superb!!! From the front office staff to the hygienist to the dentist himself my experience was across the board informative and thorough. I would without a doubt recommend them to any person new or old to the area.

1st, I would like to thank Barbara for getting me an appt. today. I had the worse weekend. I had an abscess in my back molar and I was in a lot of pain.

2nd, The office is clean and professional and the staff is kind and very friendly.

3rd, The level of care is outstanding!!! I have been in the medical field for over 18 years and Jamie the dental Asst and the good Doctor are skilled and work very well together. He is probably the most skilled Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of having worked on me. He was respectful and had a great personality.

4th, After the procedure I was feeling very light headed and nauseated, They went above a beyond in my opinion by providing me with juice and snacks and were very concerned about my well being.

5th, I had my child with me because it was Spring Break and I could not find anyone to watch him. The staff was kind to him and kept him occupied. I was both grateful and relieved that he safe and happy.

In closing, customer service is very important to this dental practice. They go above and beyond to provide a positive experience. I hope this review help them to grow their practice because anybody that puts this much attention to detail in what they do needs to be the largest practice in North Georgia.
Don't get me wrong, I still don't like going to the Dentist. I never had since I was a kid, but Dawsonville Distinctive Dentistry make the experience much more wonderful.

Great appreciation of alternatives offered by Dr. Manzur along with procedures he provided to relieve pain I was experiencing necessitating my appointment. The entire office created a comfort needed for anyone needing a visit to a dental office.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The billing department is a scam. I was given a price 3 separate times now for a cleaning and xrays or just a cleaning. Paid the price and then recieved a bill 1 to 2 months later where I owed additional money. Not just a couple of dollars either. $50 or more. The billing department was rude every single time we tried to discuss this with them but was pleasant when giving us a price to get our business. They dont want to own up to their mistakes or just give valid information the first time. Its beyond unprofessional and should be illegal.

Wonderful people wonderful service and treatment. Never had better of either from honest ethical environment.
