Right Touch Dental

Hostile environment and lazy dental practice! I was a patient for years and recently Dr. Kimble has allowed her unprofessional incompetent staff to run her practice. I had already encountered several issues with the staff and dental care earlier this year. However, my last appt. was unbelievable. I made a courtesy call letting them know I would be nine minutes late due to the harsh storms in the area. Receptionist James is disrespectful and unprofessional. He told me he was in charge and that I would need to reschedule. I informed him I typically wait about 20 min. in the lobby before seeing a tech anyway so nine min. shouldn't make a difference. He told me he didn't need to explain anything to me because he didn't work for me. I asked him to ask the office manager and/or Dr. Kimble to give me a call. He said they would not be calling me back. I requested a form to release my records since I would not be returning as as a patient. He said I would not be buzzed into the lobby and that I would fill out the form outside (in the rain). He then hung the phone up! I arrived and was made to wait outside and another staff person told me I could only enter the lobby with an appt. I informed them I had an appt. nine minutes ago until James decided to cancel it!! I was made to be a threat. People are really tough and say whatever they want when they can hide behind a locked door. Finally, I made it inside to complete a form and pick up my overly priced mouth guard that didn't fit properly (deemed useless). I told James he was disrespectful and that he didn't own Right Touch Dental. He yelled out, "I didn't own him!" making a racial comment towards the color of my skin. No one in the office spoke to me or addressed this issue. They were completely okay with everything that went on that afternoon. I have made a complaint with Delta Dental about this practice and they should be removed as a dental provider. Unacceptable!!

First time here, and they did not disappoint. The whole crew was welcoming, and friendly. Usually X-rays hurt, but not today. During my cleaning she even used numbing gel because my teeth are sensitive. I am beyond happy with my experience, and will continue to use them to keep my smile on point.

First, let me start off by saying that Dr. Kimble has been great over the 10 plus years I have been goin to her practice. However, at no time should any one disrespect a patient for simply asking to speak to the doctor. I will not go into the situation, but long story short, I asked to have Dr. Kimble to contact me. The young lady on the line said she handle all calls and she said to me, with all the assurance that she could possibly have (she not gonna call you)....I said excuse me...so she replied it about 2 more times. I stated that then I will never come back and she asked me (do you want me to cancel your appointments for your husband also). I had nothing else to say after that. Speechless and highly disappointed!!

The staff is so nice and frendly, and have you leaving with a beautifil confident smile, every time.

I took my 17yr old son there today for the first time. I have to say, our experience was awesome! The office is very comfortable, there wasn't a long wait time at all, which is what i was expecting by it being his first time there. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Kimble was wonderful. She explained everything to me and gave me options as far as my son's treatment plan. I think we have found our dental home!

I loveeeee this office! I found a new dental home. 1/7 was my first time there and I really felt at home. They were very friendly, real and professional. Courtney was very informative and made me feel very comfortable in her chair! The Doctor was nice as well and very informative as well. I’ve been to some offices where they try to rush and get you out the chair but I didn’t get that vibe here at all. I love how they interact with each other as well, like a family. I have already recommended my family to come here.

I arrive 15 mins prior to my appointment, I was ask to wait in my car til 2 until staff was available. I notice people was going in at 1:55, I then went ahead and went in I was ask to sign in and how much my visit would be. I ask what the charges was for, I was then ask to take a sit so she could look them up. I was call back to the front and a break down was given to me and one of the charges I didnt understand, so I explain what was told to me from my previous appointment and it became a back and forth conversation because I didn't understand. When I was about to make payment iI was told I had to reschedule my appointment because I spent to much time inquiring on my charges!!!!! Since when the patient don't have the right to ask questions???? that was very unprofessional and I will not be going back!!!!
