What a blessing to find Dr. Perry and his team. I've had a life-long fear of dentists and interviewed several before deciding on this practice. I was embarrassing nervous about the procedure I needed but they were unbelievably patient and went above and beyond to keep me calm and comfortable. Dr.Perry and his assistant Vanessa are the freaking BEST !!!!They made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my whole root canal procedure. What an incredible experience! The staff is amazing (if Felicia doesn't make you laugh, something is wrong with you). I felt very comfortable, everything was explained in detail so I didn't have the "I should have asked that question" regret as they walked off. Dr Perry is very personable and explains ALL options, not just one. Going to the dentist was something I avoided (kinda like the Bubonic Plague), but now it's like making a hair appointment. These people like working together and not only can you see it, you can feel it. Thanks y'all!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! A "professional" dentist who doesn't know how to help his patients or how to solve a problem cannot call himself a dentist. This is not a matter of money but honesty and integrity. My mother went there several times to have her dentures made, but instead of being patient and trying to figure it out, Dr. Perry got frustrated, gave up, and told her he couldn't fix her dentures for her and told her to leave the office to make way for another patient. I hope that in the future you can solve the patients problems instead not caring for their needs.
NOTE: When we were looking for a dentist for my mom we never asked or required for a translator because my sister and I are very proficient in English. We are bilingual, but we appreciate the help of the only ONE bilingual assistant that Dr. Perry has in his office.
Today I want to finish with this word battle that has left our mom physically and emotionally hurt . I am not going to ask my family and friends to review this practice, neither I am going to change my name or even block people on social media. Words can say many things but actions, good deeds are the only things that really count. We didn't get the customer satisfaction that it was guaranteed to our mom. The job wasn't finished properly, the situation was handled unprofessionally and that's the fact.
