SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
Used Google Maps to arrive and the route finished at the door. Not hard to find at all.
One week ahead I got a confirmation text and reminder. One day ahead I got a reminder text and the morning of my appointment I got a good morning and reminder.
Check-in was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was a delight to speak to, very helpful and concise. New patient forms were filled out on a tablet with ease. I was 10-15 minutes early for my appointment, filled out my forms and was being called back nearly to the minute of my scheduled appointment.
My x-rays and cleaning were conducted in the same chair which was great. Tasha was a joy and took very good care to make sure I was comfortable through the duration on my cleaning. If she noticed an area I could take better care of she was sure to courteously educate how to take better care to prevent buildup. Post cleaning I was evaluated for any further concerns or follow up care.
Check-out was as pleasant as check-in. The staff was courteous and helpful in scheduling my next appointments. I currently reside outside the continental US and manage my dental and medical preventive care to take place in a fairly specific window of time. Pure Smiles Dentistry did a great job managing their and my time. Will definitely return and recommend.

I had a really great experience at Pure Smiles. I needed to get prepped for placement of a crown. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They took the time needed to explain my procedure in detail and to take a quick break when I got overwhelmed and felt I needed to. I was very anxious about going to the dentist, but the experience was so much better than I could have imagined it would be. I feel very optimistic about going back for my permanent crown in 2 weeks! Thanks to everyone for being so considerate and kind during my visit!

Dr. Patel and his team are always so polite, friendly and AWESOME!! I truly look forward to my appointments to see them twice a year. They are always filled with advice and can always answer any questions I may have. I always leave with my teeth feeling super clean and each Dental Hygienist I have experienced are very gentle and not rough.
I always get reminders for my appointments to ensure I keep up with my appointments that are scheduled. This is all done on their own. They are very organized and stay on top of things.
The office staff are so courteous and pleasant and the waiting area is always so clean. This dental office is the best and I highly recommend Pure Smiles Dentistry.
I also love that they are opened on Saturdays. It’s very convenient for my schedule. There aren’t a lot of places with Saturday hours.
