Such an amazing office!!!! Everyone- from the front office (Teresa, Denise,Lynn) and management (Amy) to the hygienists (Brooke,Julie,Alycia and Kristen) to the dentists (Dr Cox and Dr Frank) to the assistants (Adriana and Lisa) will treat you in a caring, friendly, and professional manner!! And they are practicing safe coronavirus protocols. I trust everyone in that office. I had a fantastic cleaning by Brooke today and Dr Cox and Adriana were awesome (as always) in addressing my dental needs. Thank you BVFD and God bless you! 🤗

The service is excellent. However, I believe that they "bait and switch" with their pricing. I needed to have a tooth bleached internally. They provided me with a reasonable price which I agreed to pay. Two visits later, when they put on the permanent filling, it was hundreds of dollars more. Why wouldn't they include it in the price that they quoted?
Additionally, they had a sleep apnea mouth guard made for me. Again, I was quoted a price and then months later given a bill that was over a thousand dollars more than I agreed to pay.
They should be upfront with their cost.

While the staff are friendly, I wouldn't recommend coming here without careful planning. New or returning patient cleaning and xrays are $339. After one filling ($335), my night guard doesn't fit even after being adjusted in the office. I'll need to now privately pay for a new mouthguard to be made. I directly wrote the office discussing my disappointment and never received a response.
